70mg 5meodalt, few hits of jwh250 last night. Who needs 3d glasses? TV was freaking me out a little when I wasn't staring at nothing going "oh my fucking god" for about 3 hours.

Didn't sleep at all yesterday (Adderall allnighter) crashed from that, still no sleep, ate a bunch of Hydrocodone and the rest of my xanax (.5mg, lol..) now it's 2am, woke up from a nap, not high at all.. Gah, I need some opiates. Going to go outside, smoke a smooth, and ride out the rest of this shit till I can get opies in da morning.
Edit: Forgot I had Suboxone.. Could hit a nod for sure, but, I really would rather get opiated tomorrow rather than blocked for a few days.. I think I'll save this for when I'm lower on funds and W/D'ing.
 
It was mid-afternoon, I was high on lots of weed, 40mg d-amp and 4mg clonazepam. Started drinking beers, think I had around 6 over a few hours, and now I'm in that compulsive 'have another drink' mindstate, so I'm going through a bottle of champagne now on top of the beers. CHEERS :D
 
^ Klonopin wafers are one of the best tasting and convenient products put out by the pharmecuetical market. Anyway im just a lil stoney off some good weed.

along with 2 cranberry vodkas (fuckoffit'sallihadaround) haha...
and a nice personal spliffffa....
 
Effects of last night 4-6mg Xanax, 4-6mg kpin, and 30mg Mitrazapine still making my head float a bit.

klonapin wafers?? that sounds like something that would be used for communion. hmm. maybe if you want to let the congregation's guard down so you could try to recruit members for a cult. my klonipins dont taste like mint... do i need to request that at the pharmacy?
 
I got home from class in one of those horrendous bad moods I can manage to develop, so I've decided to get the bong out for the first time in a week (been sticking to bowls). I'm stoned, and debating some alprazolam to go with it, and I'm sure the 50mg of benadryl for allergy reasons is adding to the fact that I just really want to nap.
 
my back pain has been fuckin outta control today with it being bad recently as well as working and shit today, not even taking recreational doses i've gone through 50mg and 5 of my perc 10's meh....

but i did take my last two together so thats a little recreational sooooo.... (about an hour-ish ago)
- 20mg of oxycodone (along with the rest still lingering from earlier)
- 2mg of clonazepam
- a nice spliff
and
- i'm about to go smoke another

...highs that roll up on you like this throughout the day are kinda weird.... but it has made my back feel somewhat better....
 
Traded some Seroquel I no longer take for some Stilnox (Zolpidem).

2mg clonazepam
50mg zolpidem (30mg parachuted - 20mg insufflated)
