i got 10mg of oxycodone for free, so i decided to pop my long stashed 10 mg of hydrocodone, plus 200 mg of tramadol, and 50mg of diphenhydramine to chill out the tramadol. Some excellent, tasty "up" marijuana brings it all together perfectly. I'm so smiley. I haven't had painkillers in like 3 months. Gonna have another hit or two of weed soon.
