^Just found a new ketamine connect 15 mins away. My old guy was ~1 hour busride and I hate busses.

And I got a good acid connect. :)

500mg Primidone 200mg tramadol 100mg codeine. Seems to potentiate nicely.
 
Suboxone and Klonopin...

Scheming and scheming and scheming some more... I must get some sleep as I'm getting all these hare-brained ideas to make money and they're just foolish...

/e: Finally catching a nod here. That's been a while! Primidone seems to potentiate better than i had hoped. Have to be careful with this combo though.

have been sleeping like a baby since my valium refill last week - have spent the better of sunday and today sleeping even powering coffee down like water.

decided to wake up, and because i don't think i'll sleep tonight through, got myself some bread and a bowl of soup, prepped a shot of morphine, had said and enjoyed my soup.

now sucking on a fag with a coffee, relaxed as, watching american dad after 3 cones.

to take a small dose of diazepam is the question.

Huh, did the speed make you dopesick?? Or did you just become dopesick while also having the amphetamine hangover?

Imo low-moderate doses of stimulants go well with (certain) opiates/oids.
 
Just got ANOTHER oxycodone script. Even with all my surgeries and their complications and the fybromyalgia - there's no way I could rationalise taking this much. Sometimes I think my friend who said jokingly I'm a manipulative sociopath was right.

Speaking of which 60 mgs oxycodone (30 mg snorted) 30 mg chewed - wow at peace, everything's going to be okay lol - feeling so fkin good.

Edit: and the 450 mg tramadol 140 mg codeine and 600 mg meprobamate before this.
