Drinking 3 bottles of Guinness Draught and having 20g kratom and 100mg hydroxyzine.
Something really interesting has been happening and today has been really damn interesting.

Update: Drank some Jesus Juice and another Guinness and had 2mg alprazolam. And smoked some weed.
The government or might be wanting to kill Deet again and Lucky and Hera too.
I think they plan to give me Bubonic Plague or some other deadly disease and you might know why.

Did you take the sub while on methadone? Doesn't sound like a good time. If you are dependent on the 'done anyway. Otherwise idk.

Ot;woke up in wd. Took 80mg oxy to make that go away. I'm Gonna try limiting myself to 180mg/day for a while (yes that's actually a lot less than usual for me) to bring my tolerance down and hopefully then I can continue tapering down successfully to a more modest/normal dose. Not sure if I wanna get off entirely but I am sure I want to take a lot less than I am now.

Anyway gonna go back to bed before I'm too awake to go back to sleep. Gn!
 
Oh no, I've never taken methadone. I'm using the buprenorphine as part of a rapid taper plan to get off heroin (and hopefully stay off, fingers crossed)

Ah, I see. Makes more sense. GL ! It's quite doable IMO, the most difficult part is staying clean, of course. Hope you make it!

I've done this quick taper a few times 'coming off' my current oxy habit (sometimes up to 800mg in a day :\ Usually around 400mg. Though I've recently started to taper and am doing OK on 240mg. Giving myself some time to stabilize on that ATM, but I digress) and while the first few days suck, I always seem to stabilize after about 3 days of misery. By then I usually 'relapse', but I have gotten to 5 days a few times. I have to admit though that when I've done this, it's actually never been my intention to actually get off my oxy, but rather to fill a gap during which I can't get more oxy or H.

Mind you that when I say misery I do mean that, but it's not even close to as bad as it would be without the suboxone, there's no vomiting, diarrhea, watery eyes, runny nose or any of that unpleasantness due to the sub. I still feel like crap (that crushing depression, suicidal thoughts, goosebumps, hot flashes, ...), but I'd say it's quite a blessing to not have to suffer the aforemenioned w/d symptoms on top of that. Whenever I do this I start with about 6mg on day one, and try to take 1-2mg less each day or 2 days depending on how much I feel is needed. It's never insanely much. That works for me. As I mentioned before, it takes about 3 days before I feel somewhat normal on the suboxone despite lowering the dose each day/2 days. I'm pretty sure that if I were to stay the course I would be able to get clean in about 7-10 days with subs with only a moderate amount of suffering compared to what it would be like C/T. So far (thankfully!) I've never had to find out how horrible that would be since I've always had suboxone on hand. I have, however, put myself in precipitated w/d twice before (both times were really horrible, but 1 time it lasted about an hour and the other time it lasted around 12(!!). During these (thankfully relatively short) precipitated withdrawals, I did get the whole package of symptoms with vomiting, diarrhea etc. If I'd have to go through that for 5-7 days I'd probably off myself (or go to the ER to receive SOME sort of medication, probably methadone i imagine).

OT; Just shot 120mg oxy. Failed my goal today of sticking to 240mg. I'm at 240mg already ATM and I will certainly need to take at least 1 more dose (80-120mg) before the day is over. Also took 6mg bromazepam and 15mg flurazepam over the course of the day; flurazepam is definitely a benzo that should be taken in the evening if possible as it is quite sedating, and will easily still be active the whole next day (it is really long-acting) with a little less hindrance of its sedative effects. I currently have to dose it during the day as I'm about to run out of bromazepam and can't go see my doc for another 12 days. (I told him I was on vacation because I needed early refills :p ). So I have to make do with what I have, which isn't that terrible. I'm just happy I even have the flurazepam as a backup. :)

Alright that's enough rambling from me for now. I have to squeeze one eye shut to read what I'm writing and would love to close my eyes for a bit with some music, so here is where I end my post. Oh yeah, definetly.

They say the blocking dose to other opiates while on Methadone varys from person to person.
My brother gets high on Oxy or dope even on 80mg...

But on average.. I'd say it's between 60-100mg.

With 30mg, I feel WAY better with my 120mg dose of Oxy.

30mg Methadone + 120mg Oxycodone + 4mg Clonazepam is a heavenly combo.... extremly euphoric.

I don't like it that much on its own, but I reckon it would be wonderful if I want to get very noddy from my oxies, at a ~30mg dose. (Maybe I could go to this notorious methadone shrink and ask for it there.) I would go loaded on heroin, take as much as my tolerance allows me to (which I'm sure is a LOT, seeing as I can take up to 800mg OC) so I'd be put on a far higher dose than 30mg, but that's okay, it would be perfect to have around for periods inbetween oxy scripts. I wouldn't use it every day either (scared as fuck of a methadone w/d).

I wouldn't even try asking one of the 2 doctors I already see regularly because all the oxy scripts I'm already getting, I doubt I would get methadone on top of my oxy. So I guess it's best I don't even bring it up, or my doc might replace my oxy with methadone altogether. =D Next time (in 9 days) I'm gonna bring up breakthrough pains though, and ask for palladone (hydromorphone) to cope with those. I can always try right? You never know. This doctor isn't my real doc, just the one I do some additional 'shopping' at, he doesn't care about his patients, all he cares about is not losing his license. So if I word it right, and he thinks he can justify it if he's ever asked about it from higher up, there might be a small chance it will work. Maybe I get some additional IR oxy, maybe I get some IR oral (liquid) morphine. Worst case, I get nothing extra. So I might as well try, right? Some additional Palladone would be SO, SO supersweet. =D I have serious doubts he will agree, but I will try nonetheless. ;)

This doesn't change the fact that I'm trying to taper down to a more reasonable dose. I would like to be able to stockpile opiates. If I keep my dose somewhat reasonable, I should be able to never run out. So I will continue my taper despite all I've said above. I will probably not go through with the methadone plan (eventhough I know of a supposedly very easy and notorious doctor for methadone as I mentioned earlier), but I will try to get palladone in 9 days. If that doesn't work out I might revisit the methadone plan. Hah.

OT: Took an additional 80mg of oxy. I completely failed today so I'm making today the last day I'm going all out nod-mode. Tomorrow my taper starts for real. ;) I will buy some weed tomorrow as well, that can really bring down my required dose of opiates by a lot as it is such a strong potentiator.

P2C, I believe methadone is a mu agonist that would compete with oxycodone at that receptor site. To my understanding, methadone would NOT be a potentiator of other opiates.

The reason ativanage and methacodone take so much non-methadone opiates is because they are on TOP of the methadone. One would get a better buzz by skipping the maintenance drug, I think. I am not 100% sure because I have no empirical proof, only pharmacological framework to hopefully grasp.

I'm not high because I'm at work but if you think I'm not getting a sixer on the way home, you'd be wrong!
 
Not at all. Just on suboxone and clonidine... caffeine and nicotine. Super tame.

My mind and body are begging for a rush.
 
Smoked some h. So tempted to finish the little bit remaining but if I don't save it I know I'll be sick at work tomorrow.
 
I'm in the city waiting on my dude to get back so i can grab.

On the way here I saw a guy with a dog and the man had a sign that said "Homeless". I think it said something else but I couldn't read it. I waved him over and gave him five $1 bills. I drove away thinking it's too bad that I couldn't do more.

Now that I'm waiting here I've realized that instead of five $1 bills I gave him five $1 bills and a $20 bill, so $25. I still feel bad but not nearly as much. It's probably going to better use than if I spent it. So I guess I'm high on my own sense of gratuity.

8 grams of kratom
15mg temazepam
1/2 ounce of Everclear
Vaping sour diesel and nicotine
and a little caffeine.

I feel pretty damn good similar to 50-60mg of hydrocodone.
 
4g of red vein kratom, 0.5mg of clonazepam and I also smoked a fat spliff at my dealer's house.
I don't really take benzos recreationally anymore but i made an exception, been feeling kind of stressed lately anyway and 0.5mg isn't too much.

I'm doing very well, even though I am fuking up my brain, Huffed starting fluid (use pure ether, I hear I am getting more heptane than I thought in my body. But it might not be true. Also had 250mg propylhexeedrine and 2 energy drinks.
I'm pretty sure the government wanted to kill Deet again. I will kill people if I do this again and I may have killed somebody in a car.
They might be killing all the telepathic raccoons in the telepathic animal system and could want to kill me with the hyperform project that they tried to kill me with earlier a about 16 days ago.
I always have nice visuals now whether I am tripping or not.

Had a dream that I smoked heroin last night... Even craving it in my sleep now.

As for now I'm sober. Nothin but caffeine and cigarettes. Hoping my girl will have some bud with her when she comes over.
