Nicotine. Trying to slow down on coffee due to heartburn.
 
Heartburn sucks. For some reason my body has a strong affinity for coffee; ive never had bad sides from it. Tomorrow I'm gonna visit my dog, go swimming, and possibly road trip to a gastropub on Saturday night.

Next week is filled with car stuff, and then hopefully at least one more weekend @ the lake.
 
90mg hydrocodone, 3mg clonazepam, 30mg temazepam, 50mg cyclobenzaprine, 75mg promethazine, a cup of Pink Moscato wine, a premium German beer, 1g cimetidine as a potentiator and 400mg ciprofloxacin for potentiation but mostly for an infection.


Feels like I'm in love with life and the world, everything so warm and pleasant :D

Ciprofloxacin as a potentiator? Was that a joke or does it actually have an effect of drug metabolism?

4 capsules (yes, capsules) of brown heroin from the inner St. Louis suburbs. Riding high after not using for two weeks on my little vacation. Also riding high on the fact that I didn't get robbed or shot going into the hood like an idiot. I'm no stranger to scoring in bad neighborhoods, but East St. Louis, the inner suburbs and the whole city in general are pretty scary.

I stopped in stlouis for chicken wings and beer last year about a week before all that shit went down and it seemed pretty nice, but maybe I didn't explore enough. My friend and I were in a rush to get back to VT... Driving over the Mississippi after dusk is memorable.

I felt like where I stayed later that night (indianapolis) was way more sketch ha-ha.

Right now I'm just chilling, been taking 10mg val instead of 5mg daily recently, definitely liking the effects. Soon I'll drop back down to 5 but that is not this week. After I get outta werk in a few and have a sleep I'll wake up for fun things.

Relapsed less then a month ago on Benzo's.. tapering again. not doing it anymore I hate benzo's cuz of W/D.

I do feel good though, just frustrated that I relapsed again. Stupid me!

That half blunt got me goin! It's some bomb ass top shelf sativa Green Crack!

I'm going to save my Hydroxyzine 25's because I'm about to be OFF benzo's again and hydroxyzine helps some symptoms for me, as it is also a hypnotic, but a weak one.

I also have a BUNCH of 300mg Gabapentin's that I havn't used in months. So yeah I have a lot. They give me bad and realistic nightmares for some reason.

But I'm blessed got both Promethazine (Phenergan) 25mg's and Hydroxyzine 25mg's to help minimize this light Benzo W/D...I know it's not serious because it hasn't even been a month yet and already getting off and staying off this time! God I hate Benzo's how they can KILL you in W/D.. I mean Opiate W/D is hell but it doesn't kill you if you get hydrated. Hydration is the only way an opiate W/D can kill you IMO.



 
Benzo WD's are rough man, you're so on edge even after the worst is over. I shake for a month or two . ^

7mg clonazepam and more to be thrown down the hatch.
10mg methadone (for WD's, would've preferred 30-40mg haha, but free is free)
bowls of grapefruit haze and key lime pie
shot of whiskey
Bellhaven Scottish Ale (such a good ale; 5.2% abv). Picked up a sixer at the liquor store.

Hopefully eating some shrooms tonight or possibly some LSD, but LSD is sooo much more of a commitment and the next day can be achy although quite a glow when smoking cannabis and reflecting on the trip.

Update: 3 x hits of LSD-25, gonna be a good night. I was between that or crystal m-amp

Fucking woke up waaaytoolate, goddamnit. Drinking victory moonglow right now, a couple snuck their way into my hop ranch4pk. Not bad though.

Dunno wat do rest of night. Need to leave soon for food and or rabblerousing.

60mg hydrocodone, 4mg alprazolam, 3.5ml 1,4 Butanediol - gonna be really careful with that and not eyeball it because I ended up in the ICU and had at least one seizure, got out yesterday but I was really sick already and had a serious lung infection, and I mixed with too many other pills - must measure with a syringe and find your sweet spot - for me that is 2.5-3.5ml, or maybe 5ml for sleep, but that could be too much for some. The dose-response curve is steep. It may also have dangers not associated with GHB.

It should work better than cimetidine since it is a stronger inhibitor of CYP3A4. Not something you want to use as an inhibitor too much since it is an antibiotic and would cause resistance to infections. I am or was sick and I am using it medically, though I have used it and ketoconazole (an even stronger inhibitor, but not good for your health and as an antifungal drug it may cause resistance to fungal infections) as potentiators just recreationally. But you should not do it. Do as I say, not as I do. That should be good advice. But maybe not in the future - done enough stupid things. :p

I've been drinking an appropriate amount about to benzo and pot it up.

Got some stuff I should/need to do tomorrow, meh, that's not now...
