1200mg of Gabapentin and 2 shots of alcohol buzzing like a Mofo. Less is more when it comes to alcohol when your on Gabapentin.
 
Few lines of coke and treating myself to some oxy for my birthday (it's been like 25 days, figured 1 indulgence won't hurt). Plus dabs of the really good stuff, got a bunch of half grams, White Fire OG, Platinum OG, Gorilla Glue, Tabby Kush, Sour Berries...
 
Beginning to think I'm on alcoholic. Drinking like a dog. 10 shots in. PLUS gababening. Guess it's better then opistes. Feel so fucked up right now

I am merely trying to unwind after work with two units of alcohol, my budget choice of natural ice.

Holy goddamn, I just woke up from a total blackout.. I bought a bottle of Crown Apple, it was so good I just kept going, then I recall parts of being an asshole towards my family. I remember doing 15 shots in 10 minutes, then ?? then I killed the entire thing.. Then my mom was here, and I told her to fuck off.. Then my Gma, I was nice to her. Why these people were here, not sure, too ashamed to ask. Either way, fuck. I think I'm still drunk because I feel no hangover. I woke up on my couch drooling on myself, I fkn reallllllly suck at some points. K-pins for breakfast, maybe a nap later, I'm burping apple flavor.
 
Wow, everyone was so nice when I called them to apologize.. I did some wild ass shit last night apparently. I still feel like a prick, but, my family knew how fucked I was, so, they were supportive. Never have I done wtf I did last night.. At least I was nice to my Gma, all I care about. 3mg Clonazepam, Caffeine, Riff Raff. Oxy later.
 
I started using Gabapentin again, to help me taper off Xanax. I have been doing 1mg only the last few days. Gaba is really helping the cravings for me and DEF. helps me sleep.

I'm feeling mighty fine, Methadone is 90% peaked ;) time to have a little fun--

80mg Methadone
225mg Naproxen Sodium
0.5mg Xanax
600mg Gabapentin
50mg Phenergan/Promethazine
25mg Hydroxyzine
Caffeine, Starbucks Iced Vanilla Latte (2 espresso shots)
Platinum kush bowls
Cigs, Marlboros

For some reason, I like taking NSAIDs with methadone. Seems to be more potent with them. The best ones for me are Ibuprofen and Naproxen Sodium.
These are RX'd. So I have them in high doses. 800mg and 600mg Ibuprofens, and 550mg Naproxen Sodium.

Thanks guys, it was a nice relaxing day. I was definitely tired from the oxy today, but a 6 joint lunch helped haha. Back to dabs today

I am being attacked by a no-hearted evil spirit/devil that is really giving me heartburn and the asshole attacked me and made me stop breathing while sleeping in the mental institution. After me again and he can attack multiple telepaths and others at once. He is wanting to turn the world into a real Hell.

What used to be a no-hearted evil spirit/devil who I invited into my house after the one he lived in was burned down by the spirit who knew I might invite him in because he wanted to prevent The Walking Dead from becoming reality by letting me know how to tell the telepaths how to give the other evil spirits hearts so they would want to help the world instead of destroying it because now they are really good spirits!

Quite. Enjoying the 4mg Alprazolam I ingested, then 50mcg buccal Fentanyl, just took it out to SL .5mg Triazolam. Don't feel the need to wear the entire 50 anymore, so I cut it in half, and shall try sublingual with it. I've been doing patches since I was 18 or 19, yet, I cannot recall how sublingual compares to buccal (My favorite method, Mylans always preferred!) I honestly think, aside the veryyy obvious danger factor, that smoking gel via Santoz, Watson, ectect, is vastly overrated.. Yes you get high, but it's the crack of doing opiates (IMO)- the high / duration is a joke. O's N Zo's for a Dextroamphetamine comedown.. Delightful.
