Got a bag thank god this morning or else I would have still been super sick....other than that a huge bong rip and im drinking a natural light atm

Holy shit my tolerance got out of control.

I had shot a bun in less than 24 hours to finish off last night. Started taking sub today and it's been a really tough transition, alot harder than I thought it would be. I've taken 10mg of sub and I'm still not feeling great. Keep getting hot and then cold and keep sweating. I knew I was getting pretty bad, didn't realize it was that bad though. Hope I can taper down to a much lower dose soon.
 
Just got back from my mate, I took 200µg of LSD and some GHB throughout the evening. Feels niiice. :D

Also smoked a load of weed. I think Imma roll up another joint.

Im "enjoying" an extremely mild buzz off 270mg of Dihydrocodiene and 1600mg of Soma washed down with 50mg Promethazine, 2 grams of Lyrica and a couple glasses of Bushmills Whiskey. Man remembering the days of getting high off codeine and the like :( . Fuck it Im gonna have to buy myself some Oxy and benzos - really craving some Morphine and if im lucky Diconal or Hydromorphone ( I wish). Money is the only thing holding me back.
 
surprised to have a little buzz going from only 200mg tramadol when my usual dosing to get a reasonable high is 200mg IV morphine. i have been in withdrawal for 3 days, though. this drug always amazes me.
 
1.5mgs clonazepam. I might take another half, I'm really just trying to avoid w/d tonight. So maybe some valerian instead since I am dangerously low on benzos... Hoping I dont have a siezure at school this week of the doc doesn't call in anymore. This tapering bullshit has got my worse off than when I could take as needed w/o running out early.

Ended up falling asleep. Gonna have that joint now instead to start the day and take some tramadol in a bit.
 
Within the past 2 hours:
2 bowls - Sour Diesel
1 joint - Purple Thai
30mg adderall - oral
30mg adderall - nasal
3 EXTREMELY high quality and fat bags of heroin (~300-325mgs of columbian tan) - nasal
1mg xanax - oral
2 bottles of Blue Moon.
