-3 shots of heroin today (one after the other), 2.5 bags in the first one then 1.5 bags, then for the last a .5 bag shot - total of 4.5 bags shot up
-50mg diphenhydramine
-A vaped hit of (~5mg) 5F-UR-144 + AKB48 (~5mg)
-2 hits of Crack Cocaine (my junkie friend wont do heroin with out either cocaine or crack - I wouldn't bother buying crack [even though I did buy a nickle bag yesterday with some nice shots of tar])
-2 cups of coffee

I'm enjoying today. Though, I did make the trip to buy H alone again - it's kinda gay driving the drive buy myself, esp since I usually pick up 16-17 nickle bags (4.5 was mine today - 2.25 normal sized dime bags) of heroin and 7 nickle bags of crack, and it's a 1.5-1.7 hours drive. I've been enjoying chipping h, even if I am injecting (I don't need as much heroin to get high while, though it def is effecting my tolerance [even if I'm skipping my methadone dose]. I've had 4 sets of shots this past week so I'm not doing it everyday.).

8 hours is pretty good.. :) I wish I could say the same. I was up till 7pm last night and I slept till 10pm. Wooh, that's one hour longer than usual! My sleep pattern couldn't be more fucked up either atm. I just sleep when I feel like I'm able to fall asleep, so in other words, not very often. 8)

I got a blister of trazodone from a friend a while back, but I threw it away after trying it. I thought I was never going to use it. I'd be so happy right now if I still had it... :|
 
I wish I had more H. Some H like I got yesterday. It wasn't super potent, but it was Mexican brown heroin instead of tar. Its more potent (though more expensive) than the cut tar shit I get. I enjoyed it, even if it made me miss the east coat powder I used to get (more expensive than the shit I get here in texas, but a hell of alot more potent) I wish I had a better h dealer here (even the crack dealer my friend goes to doesn't even have that great of crack. Much nicer to get some fucking coke anyway - I don't really ever buy the crack, though I've had a nickle here and there). I want to just get the straight up tar that is used before the cut. Its decent tar but they fucking cut it up. I know there is good tar that is just as potent as east coast powder around here, but this is the only guy I know who does H (let alone the only person I know in texas), so this is the only dealer I can go to. It nice to have the dealers recognize me so I can fly down myself if I need to. The guy always seems to be good and there.
 
Caught 2 hours of sleep, and it's "only" 4pm, hopefully I'll manage some more sleep before morning.

ot: I feel pretty good from the tramadol, I'm barely having w/d symptoms anymore.
 
Drunk as fuck, as usual. Here's how it goes for me:

1.) wake up jittery as fuck
2.) promise never to drink again
3.) take a liquid shit
4.) open up a 211 40 & chug
5.) get so drunk i can't see straight
6.) keep drinking until i can see straight again and feel sober
7.) continue drinking until I can barely move at all
8.) pass out
9.) repeat
 
400mg tramadol IR & 2,5mg diazepam.

Edit: Woot, new breaking bad episode.

Ativan and a 40oz mickeys. A nice combo but it made me super tired and usually i can stay awake on a benzo alc combo. Gonna go sleep again
 
morning spliff and thermos of white tea before i hop off to work!

yesterday I had splitting headaches from caffeine withdrawal. thankfully they're gone now.
 
1mg of 25i-NBOMe, but have a pretty high tolerance right now so wont feel much most likely.
 
Feeling alot better. Re-upped my valium dose to 5mg, gonna stabilize before I lower it again. It was too soon.
I'm also feeling pretty good from 400mg tramadol IR
