So far I have had 37.5mg hydrocodone, 2mg clonazepam, 600mg gabapentin, and 100mg diphenhydramine+600mg cimetidine to potentiate the HC.

I will have 2-2.5mg clonazepam, 15-22.5mg hydrocodone, and 1.2g gabapentin between now and bedtime.

Feeling good, especially considering the low (for me) doses of the drugs I have taken today.

That last trip was quite enjoyable and pleasant. Also very intense, but nothing really special. I think if I can keep myself from using more benzos than needed for another 7 days and then reduce the dose slightly for 3 days I will reward myself with another trip. Maybe that will help motivate me to keep my benzo use as low as I can without significant withdrawal symptoms.
 
300mg tramadol, 12mg bromazepam and weed. Aww yeah. =D
I have a significant tolerance to tilidine atm, but tramadol seems to work like I have almost no tolerance. Sweet.

Haha, that's been me for the last two nights, though probably different reasons. (Smoking pot on top of DXM can be intense; I actually got acid-like visuals before drifting off last night.)

Currently really wired from 2 1/2 cups coffee & only 60 mg PSE. It's that DXM, I just know it!
 
Just had my hangover cure of 400mg ibuprofen, 2 cigarettes, rhodiola, fish oil, multivitamin with iron, an iced sweet tea, and a swig of gin.

On low dose klonopin, and 1mg subutex snorted. Feeling... exquisite.
 
I'm feeling all right; wasn't feeling so hot this morning what with the withdrawals and whatever, but then we were able to pick up a few bags and now everything's gravy. We were having trouble getting in touch with our dealers, though, and we've got a lot of different dealers -- at least 5 or 6 -- and so it was unusual. This one guy we've gone to quite a few times told my girlfriend (I was at work, so she was taking care of business) that we're "too sketchy" and not to call him anymore. I called him after I got out of work, y'know, to ask him what all that was about and he told me the same thing, that we're just too sketchy and he doesn't want to deal with us anymore, and then right after hanging up with him he called me back to ask what we needed. I was like, "we don't need anything. You can forget it. There are plenty more dealers out there who will gladly take our money." He was speechless, then was like, "Don't call me anymore!" and hung up. haha what a loser he's not even what I would consider a real, legit dealer; it's just sort of his thing to get enough money to buy crack or whatever.

But, anyway, so yeah... we ended up getting in touch with one of our other guys, and we got what we needed. I've also developed a bout of kleptomania (yeah, it's bad...) and my new thing is sunglasses, so I ganked a pair of cheap sunglasses that still look pretty badass nonetheless. Then we legit bought the OC season 1 on DVD (yeah, yeah... teenage drama shit I know but I've got a soft spot in my heart for it) so we're just gonna take it easy for the rest of the night I think. All in all, not a bad day...
 
i'm drinking beer and will possibly move on to brandy after i run out.

i am upset because i have been looking for a sack of green for 3 days. it's nice having friends willing to smoke ya up, but it gets rough when they wanna do a bowl instead doin a spliff, or when you get off work and just need that stress-relievin fix but no one's around. worst case scenario, i gotta wait til monday. god damn that blows. i could have probably found some at work today (it would have been easy to find some) but i was feeling sick and napped instead. now i regret that :|

in conclusion, i am buzzing like a bee, but not high like a kite.

Also just grabbed a 20 of some of the coke that everyone i know has been raving about. Gonna go shower and do some of that.
 
Just coming down from an amazing mda+ketamine experience. I'm off the peak of the mda but it is still very noticeable. Don't feel like re-dosing anymore. Just going to chill with some bud and k until I go to bed.

Well, the Xanax weren't doing shit... They usually last a little longer in my case, but not today apparently. Managed to get a few 15mg Dexedrine from a friend. Not a big fan of uppers, but been feelin' like a little pick-me-up recetly... Took all 3, guess we'll see how that goes.
 
had a two hour nap 16 hours ago after a day binge of methamphetamine and heroin. Now on heroin to help me sleep, but enjoying the feeling too much.
 
Feeling nicely buzzed right now off the codeine/promethazine/lope... coming up on 300mg lyrica, 50mg hydroxyzine, and 2.5mg kpins, just smoked another Perique blend Spirit cig (fucking strong, it's the shiiiit) and ate 0.3mg of Xanax off of a 2mg bar.

No weed, but that's alright with me at the moment :) "When you're stoned all the time, sobriety's a trip"

About to go for a walk after my dad gets off the treadmill, and then work out with him after that :D

Just gonna chill in my room for now, listening to some dope ass music ;)
 
^^ Wow, isn't anything over 200mg of high quality crystal meth IV'ed a ridiculously high dose? 8o

I don't know much about crystal meth, though, never tried it

I have gathered a variety of drugs for the festival in a few days. It's hard to resist some of the things I have, especially the GHB right now. Oh well, the wait will be worth it for sure!

I'd definitely do heroin a lot, lot less and I can say that with absolute certainty. But would I stop using heroin completely? Nah, I'd probably still pick up a few bags every now and again, for the weekends or whatever. Pharmaceutical opiates/opioids are my preference though, and so I think that I would be pretty content with all of that on the regular day-to-day.

They make roxi 20s here. They are gray and say k 57 on them

OT: I'm feeling pretty good off kief, weed, 25 mgs of norco, and cigs
