Just a few minutes ago... Bumps of heroin... Felling a little nice already... I can tell this stamp is good man... Its not even the best one I have in my possession. I wanted to save thew other one... But yeah dope and good music. I love dope, music and my bed.... I want to smoke but its my last cigarette buti shall smoke it, and hopefullt not fall down my stairs.
 
52.5mg adderall IR and 4mg klonopin ... out of pot, probably gonna smoke a cigarette... watching a movie called Wristcutters again. jealous of everyone getting their nod on... I shall be getting my psychosis on!

i wokeup at 5am feeling like complete shit and thinking nonstop of relapsing back on the dope. I'm trying to stick to pharms though....

popped and chewed 3 7.5mg percs, with my low tolerance 22mg oughta get me feelin nice.

I got no more xanax oranything to go with it, and I'm even out of weed (very unusual) but i have tons of resin and keef in my grinder and some small pieces of bud so I am gonna scrap together a nice bowlpack while my percs are kicking in.....

Then me and my girl have to go out on the town and visit doctors n pharmacies :p

Well, since being in a shit depressed mood of self hatred earlier tonight, I later got stuck into ...

20mg diazepam
360mg codeine
"a few huffs" (yeah i know, wasn't in the best frame of mind)
About a thrid of a bottle of scotch atm,,,and
soon to havae 25-50mg seroquel, which always knocks me out.

Feeling better than earlier tho
 
nearly 12 hours later -- crashing pretty hard from the Adderall, i'm completely wiped out, i would definitely re-dose if I had more Adderall... took 3mg of klonopin to chill the fuck out, will contemplate some whiskey and then try to stay up till 11pm and crash... only 10 hours to go till i can crash :| :o ...gonna take a shower and then chill with my girlfriend when she gets back from class... :) listening to some Third Eye Blind... bringing back the 90s bitch %)
 
Feelin fanfuckintastic off 10mg of opana up the nose and eatin some delicious pizza nice an opiated.

Gonna drink a couple beers, smoke a few cigs and smoke some synthetic buds when i arrive home...should kick the buzz up quite a few notches. Nothing else planned for the night so bout to be straight chillennnnnn! :) :)

O and my mxe trip last night was fucking insaneeeeee.

I feel alright but this is nothing compared to the Oxy and Heroin that I had this past weekend.

My mom just left... Been nodded out for the most time... She's like are you okay? Thinking I'm sad or something, nah quite the opposite. So another line of dope shall be good.
 
Depressingly, not high at all, however, I think my luck will be soon to turn around. Just my normal daily dose of clonazepam today, tomorrow I am hoping for some opies. I am in desperate "need" of them, not really, but they sure will hit the spot.
 
I was in that giggly high mood when I went to the corner store to get beer and the snickers bar caught my eye. I had to include cause I couldn't stop smilin' well eating it. its deliciousness is intoxicating

Added another beer and 5mg valium
 
bleurgh the grapefruit juice really does potentiate benzos, on 2mg xanax with some potent weed edible but it feels like 3mg xan at least.. pew.
