2.5mg suboxone - nasal
40mg celexa - oral
600mg gabapentin - oral
40mg amphetamine salts (adderall ir) - nasal

still feeling the downslope i just had:

3 bowls of some Lemon Diesel
5mg adderall - nasal
tobacco

On Monday I'm thinking 2 or 3mg suboxone + my last 30mg adderall...all split with the girlfriend with some (more than likely) klonopin, lemon diesel, and rum in the mix, too.
 
Just finished a 40 ounce (I fucking hate beer)
10mg of Valium
1mg lorazepam (even though I usually don't include my generl intake of prescriptions like my zolofgt..)
45 mg of roxicodone
Edit no I snorted this 15mg additional evn though my nose hurts.

I feel dazed and confused.

Finished off the blue cheese I bought at the club today as well as the free half gram pre-roll they gave me. The only reason I havent smoked more is because I didnt get up until late. I have a problem. :(

edit-

added 150mg pregabalin/Lyrica right after I posted + 12mg loperamide to potentiate (it attaches to peripheral opiod receptors but little to none crosses blood brain barrier so maybe it increases amount of other opiates in brain, IDK).

Feeling really good.

30mg oxycodone with 10mg left to fall asleep with, tapering from around 90mg/day

Finished the 2 gram blunt from last night of sour diesel (well it was from this morning?)
Had a few edibles my friend made with some mids (oh well mids but they're good for something)
 
I'll just mention what I've had SINCE 5pm, so it applies more to 'now'.

I've had 1mg alprazolam
2 bags heroin
1 8mg dilaudid
5 bowls of weed (3 'Smile' and 2 'PowerSkunk') - About o pack another bowl (prob two more then I'll 'hit the sack'... I love that expression)
Before bed, I'll finish the night with either .5mg MORE alprazolam or switch it up with either a clonazepam or lorazepam - we'll see!

Needless to say, my withdrawals from this morning exist NO more.
(I guess I SHOULD mention that I've had 50 mg adderall since about 1pm.... and I can definitely still feel it lurking in my system, so that applies to 'the now' as well)
 
probably around 100-125mg of methamp IV. I have never been diagnosed or anything, but im fairly sure ive been living my life with ADHD. I tried 45mg adderall no amp tolerance and ate and fell asleep 3 hours later. Not normal right? And I should be lit up on this meth, but meh

Some suboxone IV later for comedown, Filtered extremely well dont worry :)
 
99.9% Sober. Ran outta my 10mg diazepams a few days ago, so back to just my couple of 2mg ones daily. My back is aching like a bastard, so I might take a load of codeine later ...
