Ok I lied my binge lasts one more night. Somewhat enjoyed 3mg Etizolam, 40mg oxycodone and 60mg MXE throughout the day...it's tolerance break time because i'm barely even getting high anymore.

About light up a bowl of some chemdawg...this should should get me high as fuuuuck.

yknkow that relaly intense buzzing ya get from drinking a lot and then smoking a bowl.. yeah that thing. mmmm that thing is real nice. like a chemical massage.
 
Once again smoked the night away, but with some chill new down-tempo tunes. Also my folks returned from their cruise with all kinds of drug goodies! I'm being tucked into bed by soma and plenty of mary jane!
 
Na dig, i use to smoke it but i find the high leaves wayy to quickly. Snorting is treating me nicely
 
4.5mg clonazepam - sub-lingual/oral
70 (soon to be 80)mg methylphenidate - nasal
a good bit of weed (middies :( ), and a bowl of sour diesel stems
and a pack of marlboros.

as in I ran out of weed and all i found was a stem from a bag of sour. lol. kinda depressing.

on the plus side, sobering up from the alcohol....so I bumped it up to 6mg klonopin and 100mg methylphenidate. fuck it. almost got raped and defended the attacker off with his own antique dagger.....so if i want to benefit from my scripted meds, i will. call the ganja guy in the morning and it'll all be good

Sooo fucking high right now and only have some below average weed. Gonna be smoking some really good buds tonight.

10mg methadone oral, 30mg of methadone filtered soln nasal, couple cups of coffee, cigs as needed.

Tried to pick up my clonazepam script today (29 days after my last refill), and my insurance would let me. Bunch of bullshit, its 29 freaking days!!! Apparently I can't even fill it till 31 days after my last fill, how fucked up is that. I was planning on dosing 3mgs of clonazepam tonight with the 40mgs of methadone, and just chilllllll out.

man I could go for some opana right now. 10mg on top of the 40mg of done would be dank, fuck even just some dank with the done would be amazing. Tbh, I've actually never had weed with methadone before. I haven't smoked weed since the end of september, and first tried done in september. In the next few weeks I might try and get a fat sack. Miss the ganj
 
working on a 6pk of Founders Red Eye and just downed 200mg of DXM.

Should I lay of the beers? Ive taken dxm before but never drank on it.
 
1,770mg DXM Polistirex, 75mg hydrocodone, 3.5mg alprazolam, 1.5mg clonazepam, 200mg trazadone, 150mg doxylamine succinate, 450mg pregabalin, and 800mg cimetidine for potentiation.

Pretty damn high and the second bottle of Delsym hasn't had time to do anything yet. Should be like a long 3rd plateau trip, but with Delsym it is a bit different than the instant release.
