last night/this morning I had a terrible time with a ball of coke, a red dove pill that i'm pretty sure was 5-meo-dipt (I railed it too, what a stupid coked out drunken decision), bho and captain mo. I legit thought I was going to die in my bed this morning. I need to remind myself to stop buying large amounts of cocaine and tricking myself into thinking I won't do it all in a night. I actually hid the other ball when I was blacked this morning and couldn't find it again for the majority of the day.
Right now I'm feelin fine with a couple lines of mediocre coke and a couple sierra nevadas and spliffs. I just melted down all the rest of my oil stuck to the container and got a decent dab and then rolled it in keif, fuck I love oil. Mixing coke, weed, and alcohol is such a better combo in small amounts.

45mgs of methadone (my tolerance surprisingly dropped pretty noticeably from 20 days ago even with daily suboxone) and two cups of coffee about to be drunk. Might throw in <=7.5mg of amphetamine for a little euphoric push. If I had some meth I'd dose 5mg in a heart beat, but amphetamine isn't as smooth and euphoric which is making me question if that is what I want to do.

Actually feeling pretty crispy...tramadol has still got that great effect on me. Was gonna add some lyrica bought am feeling good enough and decided to save it.

bumping some mxe...feeling strange...listening to shpongle is nice.
Not high.~8mg suboxone. Later on, stupidly tried a cotton shot-heroin (w/ 5 cottons-looked decent). Just recently 15 mg methadone + 2 mg xanax. Sounds lame, but the things one does to try to feel 'ok'. Like living... not working well. Hope I pass out soon and do NOT wake up every 15 mins (again).

Have you noticed any difference between blotter tabs and liquid LSD? I've only ever gotten the blotter and was wondering if the liquid is any different in onset, duration, or in any other way.
Took a tiny bit of sub because I was rolling around with the hot and colds too much trying to sleep. That and the nightsweats. Toking some herb now.

Damn feeling good as fuck off this 200mg of tramadol. Even though i have an opana tolerance the tramadol still has a great effect on me. I bet kratom would go amazing with it, to bad its all gone!
