i am having coffeemilk and these days ive got so much free time i almost feel guilty. almost.

the only thing im missing is a sense of direction :D

i just had a nodmare, in a deep nod i envisioned some terrible nurse twisting my arm and an awkward angle till some of the screws holding my shoulder together popped out. last night i got so high i vommitted, pleasure vommiting -

aanyway high on rawww dope and raw oxycodone - 160 mgs (oxycontin 40 mgs).

im nodding and twitching.in and out of concsiousness with little dreams.

so high, think maybe the anti biotics are potentiaitng?

Spent the night tossing and turning, ran a fever. Something I ate? Cotton fever? Idk. I'm feeling better now but I have to say I was worried for a second.

Snorted 1mg sub as soon as I woke up (slept from like 6am to 11am), but I didn't really feel a big need for it eventhough it had been 23 hours since my last dose. Tomorrow I'm definitely going to .5mg, keep that up for 1-2 days then cut it out. Maybe I'll use some kratom if needed, I have 1 dose or so left. Have had it for a good while now but it's just been too weak for me, perhaps soon it won't be.

I took 10mg bromazepam when I woke as well. I'm definitely feeling some discomfort from lowering my benzo dose but I have to or I will run out before I can fill my new script.
 
chilitising on some oxy and heroin - got my scriptschwin in earnest todaytriple figures of oxycontin 40 old formula tablets. did my last nline of china white for a few weeks, was from a strong batch - made even me with my tolerance vomit after doing 2 big lines.
also 3 bongs of hydro cheese, am nice and anxiously blazed
will be taking 2 mgs loprazolam to level out the edge.
 
Plugged 60mg Adderall in one dose almost two hours ago. Feeling slight amphetamine effects--faster heart, a bit of flushing, mild scalp tingles--but nothing spectacular. Very disappointed; these were my last two pills, and the friend who gave them to me turned out to be a crazy bitch who cut me out of her life, so I'm not getting more. When I took the first two pills a few weeks ago, I was floored--embarrassingly so, having been an IV meth enthusiast for a hot minute before quitting the stuff five months ago; turns out a long break from amps took away my mental as well as physical tolerance, leaving me with an in-my-face euphoria for a good 90 minutes followed by hours of hyperconcentration and gross verbosity.

Maybe that was a one-time thing, and the recent memory of a great high engendered impossible expectations; it's true that I came into my first use expecting almost nothing, and this use expecting basically meth from the way I'd talked it up internally. But I wonder if there was a problem plugging? I'm quite familiar with the technique, and both times ensured I was clean. But last time I plugged an initial 30mg in 3mL water and, feeling little, followed up a half hour later with a second round of the same, which brought me up very fast. This time I plugged all 60mg in 3mL at once, expecting a stronger onset but receiving a milder one, and more slowly to boot (no pun intended).

Was the doubled concentration per mL of water harder to absorb (though I thought it was the opposite)? Did the redose last time provide some here-missing boost greater than the sum of its two doses? Or did slipping the syringe in an extra inch, as I did this time for no particular reason, deposit the solution too far up (not as far as waste is concerned, but away from the highest concentration of capillaries in the lower rectum)? Anyone have speculations?

I know what this looks like but I swear it's not a speed post. I write lengthy posts even when I'm stone sober. I'm focused, yes, but I'm not glued to the screen writing poetry like I was last time, and the body high (my favorite part of all) is seriously lacking.

Back fully on topic: 60mg Adderall, hitting my vape. Have some snobby microbrews and my cannabis vape to pull out later.

i slept all ffucking aftrnoon and it felt so good but WHY do i do that i dont know. oh well. not like i missed anything.

I find if I don't have enough to keep me occupied I'll easily fall asleep like 2:30-4. Become more pronounced since quitting regular oxy too.

im gonna try not to repeat todays folly again. nice quittin ox! planning on a replacement or just goin CT? i find it inconsistent, but when its ON, i really like a strong kava.

just bought whiskey in the first time like...ever, needed something proper to go with my deadwood viewings. this evening wont be so bad i guess.
