Pretty surprisingly high. Got a pretty tiny amount of morphine prescribed after an accident which isn't cutting it, so I've had to potentiate it slightly - now it seems to be working well.

30mg morphine p.o.
about 10mg Levozin/Nozinan (levomepromazine/methotrimeprazine)
1mg clonazepam
Couple beers
And of course weed.

HAHAHAhah i was thinking the exact same thing, tentram loves his morphine shots...

Me? Monster energy drink (second of the day) and some kre-alkalyn pre-workout....headed to the gym right...about....now. (Sign off).

On a side note, convinced my dad to take a dab (longtime stoner). He had Never heard of them and of course had to have one, needless to say he was rendered useless and thought he had done heroin. Good times
 
A single beer and a cigarette laced with a hit of kief. May go for a coffee soon, been doing well without any today so far, no headaches :)

I may need to reassess my life situation and tone down the drugs sooner than later...
 
not as high as i wanna be. finished up my 3 day binge with a 50ish mg shot of some ice followed by a good size bowl that ran out about 2 hours ago. It was my first time shooting ice, so i didn't go for a "loose my breath blow my mind" shot, just wanted the instant gratification, and i like knowing that 100% of what i put in was getting used haha. Also shot 20mg of methylphenidate after the ice and it wasn't even noticeable.
 
^^so how was your first shot of ice?? Did you cough?? I love when my asshole Burns and clenches when I do one and my eyes bug out and I can't talk, all I can do is barely nod my head yes when someone asks if I'm alright. Ah pure bliss..

As for me I'm shooting some heroin.

it's those types of shots which have probably given me high blood pressure, a result of a long time IV addiction. i've been tempted to get some meth lately; mixing it with my morphine for a pseudo-speedball would be a weekends activity.

great morning. I went and copped a 30 of heroin at about 8am and when i got home i took just about .25mg of xanax sublingual - i was just trying to add a little sedation is all, i cant be nodding and shit because i have work to do ha it feels nice though.

O and i hind that xanax actually diminishes the euphoria that i get from heroin does any one else get these effects? This smaller dose def feels alot better than just taking 1mg with my heroin and just drooling all over myself haha.

Now im jsut sippin on a nice tall cup of pumpkin spice feelin niceee!

Dude seriously stick with like .5 to at the very most 2mg and it will kill the withdraw symptoms, plus give you an energy boost and slight mood lift. You feel like a zombie because you are extremely opiated! You just don't realize it because there isn't any 'in your face' euphoria like with a full agonist. Less is more for real.
 
Yeah, like high said, bupe can be one tricky bastard if your trying to reach some euphoria. In all honesty, if that's what your aiming for, dose at <2mg. Less naloxone, more of that full-agonist metabolite, norbuprenorphine. I can imagine huge doses of sub would make you feel like a fucking zombie.

For some people, it takes them a minute before they understand why everyone suggests dosing at 2mg or below, but it usually clicks when they actually feel the difference.
 
I liked it a lot! I got a good rush, my head felt all electric and tingly, but didn't cough. I just sat there for a couple minutes to take it all in. I was by myself so i didn't wanna risk doing too much for the first shot, but i'll be going for the mind blowing shot next time.
