Started the day by putting on a 25mcg/hour fentanyl patch.
Added 2 crushed and de-coated 60mg MsContins (just swallowed the powder, I don't slam or plug).
Then a benzo-fest, which provided for interesting comparisons, as some were legit 'script low-dose 2.5mg diazepam - they'real conservative about dosage here - and they're just as strong as '10mg' blue Roches from some cut-rate pil press in Pakistan.
1 x 5mg nitrazepam - real thing.
1 x 30mg Temazepam - real 'maz, but more like 15mgs.
2 x further 2.5 mg diazepams after waking up at 2am - now it's half-past five, I have work in a few hours amd would kill for an Adderall or Dex - but have no sources of stims other thsm bad coke I wouldn't touch with Sarah Palin's nose.
Having just come back to London from the US, I have to say the American drug dream looks pretty good from here: we've got no Adderall, very little dex. no meth, just cheap bootleg sulphate, no Hydro AT ALL, lower-quality weed, very little Oxy, and coke content from recent seizures has averaged around 5%. Plus there's a heroin drought (goddamn poppy fungus in Afghanistan), and the new right-wing government;s restricting methadone and suboxone, in what seems to be a calculated plan to boost the crime rate. Meanwhile, everyone's buying these new brand-name RC's, half of which seem to be inacive, the others based on a too-potent stimulant (MDPV type thing) or random mixes of cathinones. Then of course there are the mysterydugs - benzo fury and 5-IAI, which I'm not sure are on the market at all, save as brand names for rando cocktails.
But I should have some K this weekend, and I'm looking forward to testing its synergy with morph. Have heard it's quite the combo...
