Had another 100 of oxy and a few gabapentin but only had one vape so far of cookie Dawg today as waiting on the weed man again
 
160mg Memantine (remember, the Alzheimer guys take 20mg)
200mg Modafinil
450mg Venlafaxine

That's what the pharmacy offers here. Feeling good. Will switch the venla for tramadol ...

Twelve hundred mg four times a day which my doctor had to get permission to prescribe as its slightly over what they are usually allowed to give out. I also get 100mg of oxy twice a day which the gabas help to kick the oxy in

Absolutely over the moon not only did the weed man get me another qtr of cookie dog dropped off tonight instead of tomorrow
But I went into the laundry room for a fly vape and when I sat down to grind up the weed I saw two yellow blurs out the corner of my eye on the floor right in front of the washer and thought surely not. Turn out my idiot brother dropped two five mg diazepam so for his idiocy I have just washed them down with a cup of tea, 👌

Interesting combination! Is that a functional combination, would you say? What do you get out the memantine there? I feel like that memantine dose might be incapacitating, at least cognitively speaking.. I've experimented with combining modafinil and memantine but with much lower doses of the latter.. kind of put off trying heavier doses by the super long duration.
 
In Mexico its OTC. Have to say that the 160mg crossed the dissociative threshold for me, still very clean and functional, but was able to drift away briefly with eyes closed... Modafinil and Memantine mix good imho and Venlafaxine/Tramadol adds some serotonin.

I don't think we really care if dispensary names are posted as much as we care about everyone's safety/anonymity. But I might be wrong wtf do I know these days.

It took me 4 hours to fucking get to sleep last night and I am a wreck mentally. 3rd going on 4th day of no benzos/alcohol and no cravings. But I have THINGS TO DO and the anxiety is building something fierce. I'll probably make discount coffee and drink and get to work. It's such shit. I don't feel like I should have to do any of this because of how I feel but I'd rather just get it done.

dabs and I feel nothing I feel so bad. my whole body is shaking with anxiety and my voice is too. I can't even out and my whole body feels like shit this is terrible. I don't know what the fuck is wrong with me. I'm certain it's this high NE shit and it's going to be the death of me one day at a time.

please take a lil bit of xanax......at least 1 mg....so your body doesnt go into shock. Seizures sucks especially when you are using 2 GABA substances. my 2 cents
 
10 bags of Heroin and 1mg Clonazepam.

Feeling pretty lovely right about now with this warm fuzzy euphoria emanating from my being. Have a fifty piece of Crack Cocaine to smoke up when I get back to my apartment which should be the icing on the cake so to speak. Probably take some more K-pins afterwords to smoothen out the landing. One of my favorite Combos :)

Omg i love that combo aswell. preparing a shot of 100mg morphine, load my pipe.with a huge rock of crack Cocaine. Shoot up, smoke up, hold it in for 10 secs AND exhale while i feel both rushes. GODlike.
