I had kratom and Gabapentin this morning.

So then I figured I should call the pharmacy to see if I could get Concerta today instead of tomorrow. Sure enough, today!!

The pharmacy was closing early at 2 pm so I only had an hour to take a quick shower, throw on a mask, hop in an Uber and get my glorious medicine right on time!

Just took 60 mg Concerta (in various ways)

It’s gonna be a happy day!
 
So Saturday night has arrived and my usual combination of 100 mg ox 2400 mg gabapentin will be suplimented with a shit load of weed and sixty mg diazepam iv saved all week and washing them down with lashings of lovely tea and a creamy pack of delicious Regall king-size and going to put on a movie with the bird and kids.
With loads of excuses to pop out for a vape of purple punch or gelato weed
 
So shaturday night is now Sunday morning and I had a really bad night pain wise so this mornings dose of ox was all insulfated for rapid results and thank the stars its working think I pushed myself too far with my walk yesterday so going to be resting for the morning today at least
 
Another drug I haven't used in a long time, heroin. Just got some today and it's not the purest I've had but it's still pretty damn good! I fucking love it! So much warm, comforting bliss all over my body and I feel like I don't have a care in the world! ♥

Took some pregabalin to help me sleep last night, woke up smashed off it. Only took 50mg!

Pregabalin does this weird thing where if you take it at night, it feels a lot stronger than it usually would the next day.

Anyway took some phet to balance it out.
 
Yesterday I took phenibut, along with a bump of 3-MeO-PCE, and 3mg of 5-MeO-MiPT, and 100mg of 5-MAPB. Was feelingly lovely and added a bit of 1,4-butanediol and then starting rolling very hard. Later on I added a couple of ciders and more 1,4-b, and passed out hard around midnight, slept for 10 hours. This morning I am feeling the phenibut very strongly and have just had some caffeine and a few puffs of nicotine from my vape.

I've realized I'm going to run out of weed next week... I'm probably going to try to stop smoking voluntarily, instead of getting frustrated because I can't find a reliable dealer. I should've bought more when I had the chance lol.

if I take it late and a decent dose I wake with the worst "hangover"... like i killed kenedy and dont remember... just weird and very strange.

Been doing more heroin, feeling a bit nauseated but still pretty warm and euphoric. Might smoke a bit of weed later to see how they combine.
