Oh yeah I'm starting to feel woooonderful
Glad you're liking them. The whole family is hit or miss, with some people getting nothing and some discovering the holy grail of euphoria, but pregabalin seems to be quite a bit more "hit" than gabapentin.
Coffee will probably go even better with pregabalin than benzos. I find the gabapentinoids quite speedy and disassociative, pregabalin even moreso than gabapentin or phenibut, plus all of the common "empathogenic" features (tactile and musical enhancement, emotional lability, sudden seemingly-profound realizations). I don't find them very benzo-like on their own, although they can definitely increase the subjective strength of a benzo taken after.
For what it's worth, I like to combine them with amphetamines, timing the gabapentin/pregabalin to kick in just after the peak period (~4 hours for me), for synergistic stimulated and also easing the comedown. Sometimes I also like to add a little bit of DXM or just 1-2 alcoholic drinks, since both intensify the disassociated feeling, but too much alcohol gets messy.
Personally, gabapentinoids completely overpower the more subtle feelings of opiates, while at the same time making an OD (or similar scary blackout+loss of motor skills situation) much more likely. So I try to separate them as much as possible, especially given the long duration (particularly of gabapentin, compounded by the couple of hours needed to stagger a solid dose).
Even by themselves, gabapentin or pregabalin can be quite impairing at even a moderate recreational dose, in terms of appearing "drunk" with slurred speech, forgotten words, poor coordination, etc. It's sometimes hard to find the time to take them, between responsibilities (and/or dosing other drugs), since a nighttime dose can definitely last through until morning, while an early morning dose might not be felt until midday.
