Could feel the sub wearing off for most of the afternoon and then I fell asleep shortly after dinner. Woke up dizzy and I was getting the hot/cold feelings. Took a small dose of sub a while ago and am feeling better now. That bowl I just smoked really helped too. :) No more headache.

I was getting close to getting off of sub and then on Friday night I got high on morphine that my friend randomly brought over. Sort of messed up the taper a bit. :\
 
Man, I feel fucking great.

Still, only 15mg of hydrocodone and 10mg zolpidem, but with a fat rip of a spice-alike herbal blend and cigarette...

maybe it's because i've had a rough day and my body is very sensitive to everything right now, but i'm sooooooooo high. =D =D =D

Feeling really good...found out that my xanax script is pretty much being cut off by the new dr I'm seeing, so 2mg later and a large amount of bongs and bowls (definitely a few grams) and I'm feeling quite wonderful...menstrual pain on hold :)
 
60mg dexedrine XR. although apparently this brand has a bad XR system that doesnt release gradually, more like mostly at once, which is win!
 
About to toke up when the authorities vacate.

I passed out early last night halfway through my first beer because my pod redose was too strong :o

at least it allowed me good rest so I could wake up early, cheerful, and ready to get high again.

I keep waking up every morning wicked hot. My body temp is all off. I know it's happened in past times when I've tried to get off opiates, but it's really annoying and I feel like shit for a little while after I get up.

Feeling MUCH better now that I'm doing a morning toke.
 
stoned, got sum jwh spice shit yesterday, doesnt take much to get high off of that shit. plus i got a fentanyl patch on, got alot of shit i should be doing today then getn fuckd up.

76mg diphenhydramine citrate
400mg ibuprofen

note: this is mostly for pain relief, but i do feel quite a bit from even low doses of hydrocodone these days now that i have almost no tolerance to opiates since i don't use them anymore except on occasion or for legit reasons.

tooth pain is the fucking worst. :X :! :!

about twenty minutes ago, i felt like my teeth were trying to explode inside of my mouth, like they were cracking and preparing for the explosion.

thank god for drugs, otherwise i'd probably just shoot myself.

meh, i'm feelin pretty damn good now. ^_^
 
35mg hydrocodone (all of my 5/500 Watson 349's are now gone that I got from the dentist yesterday)
200mg tramadol down the hatch.

i called my dentist and told him that i was in so much pain that i was having to double the dosage of the Vicodin, and told him it still wasn't being as effective as it should be, and explained that my entire left side of my jaw hurts something awful. He told me that he must have made a mistake when doing the extraction, and told me to come in to see him in the morning. I let him know that I wasn't going to be able to pay him, as I am broke, so he said not to worry about the bill and he'd take care of it.

Hooray for shithouse dentists, and hooray for having tramadol as I would have died otherwise.

edit: added 5mg zolpidem orally, and 5mg insufflated.

feels good man.

and what did my dad have for me when he walked into the house after work to see how i was doing? a fifth of UV vodka. =D =D =D

tonight is gonna be a damn good night.

Unfortunately no "medical" quality - black market stuff. So i don't know excatly how much i took (mg).

holy shit, i've been so fucked up over the past few hours it's ridiculous. it's all been like a beautiful dream, yet i am still awake.

I've been dead sober for the past almost 3 weeks now. No weed, no suboxone, did get to snag a beer the other night though from the 'rents. Gotta get some sleep somehow.
