I'm coming down from one of the strongest trips I've had in a while. I took 3 hits of LSD and smoked some JWH-018 laced plant material and then three hours later I took 400mgs of DXM. The peak of the DXM felt like a 3 hour K-hole.

this was mostly about 6 hours ago. I did take 15mg of the hydrocodone and 0.25mg of the alprazolam about 2.5 hours ago and 200mg of the cimetidine at that time to help prolong it. I am going to take my normal prescribed 200mg trazadone and 200mg sustained release seroquel now, which will add some sedation for the last couple of hours before bed.

Tomorrow I am going to Dallas, my first time in the big city. I've been wanting to go to Dallas for a long time. My house was chosen as one of the finalists for a $50,000 makeover. Also a chance to win a 46" plasma TV, a new refrigerator, or $500 in cash. feels good man, considering i had a massive toothache all day. turns out, my dad still had a couple of MS-Contin 15's that i had left when i went to rehab months and months ago, so he gave me those and two 5mg ambien.

pretty nice potentiation/synergy going on here. hopefully my roommate who works the super late shift picked up some Spice today, as that would make things even more awesome when he gets home if he did.
