May I ask how long you've been in treatment??

Also I hope like hell they start me at more than 40mg. I know that wont be enough. I take 50 when I've been sick and can't find anything else and that'll make me well but only for a few hours... I thought I had heard around here they usually start at or around 90mg. So I'm hoping that's the case in my situation.
 
Pretty certain any "maintenance program" is just a way to prolong the inevitable, that I have to eventually stop getting high :D

I'm way past just wanting to be high!! I just want to not be sick and hurt!! Therefore I'm going on MMT to safely taper! I have legitimate health issues that started everything.

I've been in treatment nearly 2 years now.

I know 100%, at my clinic, new patients get no more than 40mg. Then gradually goes up until you've reached your right dose.
It goes like this..

Day 1- 40mg
Day 2- 50mg
Day 3- 55mg

Then after day 3, you have to see the Dr. again and tell him how you're doing.
That's exactly what I went through when I first started MMT.
 
and sorry not to be a dick or anything, but you're not getting anywhere near 90mg on your first day of treatment, and I can guarantee you that. That's a HUGE dose. I've been in treatment for about 2 years now, and the highest I've dosed and been on is 80mg.

Before treatment, I was doing 150-200mg of Oxycodone and 1/2-1g of smoked black tar heroin everyday.
 
Maybe 7 mg valium, a small amount of hydromorphone (2nd fav pharmy ope!) A few spliffs (first weed in 10 days yay) and a few real good brews.

The whole is greater than the sum of the parts sorta thing :D. Chilled out the whole time and played Nintendo with my best buddy of course.

Gonna finish my painkiller here and smoke a last night cig for the night before oozing off to bed. Gosh how fun.

i drink 9 beers and 4 shots pretty fast for my light weight ass.

i'm kinda drunk, got a lift home so yah.

smoked a jay and a few bowls wit my buddy in his addict before i got home.

5mg of loratadine and arround 240mg of codeine just kickin in. Feeling it pretty strong, think im gonna smoke a marlboro methol now
 
80mg methadone kicking in
50mg promethazine and 200mg cimetidine to potentiate methadone
I got some killer buds right now, its called lemon og kush its a sativa dominant hybrid that's getting me high as fuck

and a-php - Im down to the last few hundred mg's of y gram. and growing abit tired of it. After breaking mt 1- night of no sleep of i do partake (and not force myself to eat or drink,,,)

Get this i managed to fuck up and get a couple points of the php in the diclaz! Maybe if a-php is insoluible in PG and diclaz not in water we vould seperate?

i gotta go take care of myself methadone ad diclaz should help. 52 hours since arrival, I went at it. xcuse typos, forced to use 1 hAnd

Up all night on a stim/psych combo, then from 6am - Opium Tea and Diclazepam while still lay in bed.
Gonna hop up and blow a few lines of whatever stimulant takes my fancy today.

Fuck yeah!
 
I had the best rush I'd had in ages this morning. Took extra diclaz, got one of my dad's 10mg methadones (1-1.5 weeks or so I dropped my low dependency.) and let that brew up. Prepared a massive vape hit of a-php, and my first fat tobacco bong of the day which always rushes hard.

It was all timed perfectly, massive clouds blown and stim nausea(<3), bong ready to go right next to me taken to bed. Highest I've been in years, its always just maintenance or a little more. It was so sedating though, even with a stim high. Eventually I prepp'd a .15ml solution of the php, eyeballed, 1cc oral syringed it perfectly into my right sinus cavity. And kept it held in. I'm goood at that. Then speedball 'analogi' was complete.

I wanna go pick up a 10 pack of rigs and use IV for the supreme bits im saving. Vape is cool, but im not used to it, will be too inefficient.
