100 mg methadone,coffee and weed im takin a break from psychedelics ive shroomed four or five times this last month each a low to med. Dose and one day with MDMA at a good 200ish mg so im takin a month off em

You probably know it but in the spirit of harm reduction I have to tell you (and anyone who might read this), be carefull with tramadol and dextromethorphan as it has the potential to cause serotonin syndrome. It's not very common IIRC but could be deadly if you happen to have consumed an MAOi (could be an antidepressant or even food/supplements).
Etizolam + Tramadol sounds quite good by the way, kind of making me miss tramadol, enjoy! :)

My total bad, I had another message all typed up as an HR disclaimer but BL went under maintenance when I tried to post. My high ass forgot that happens at the same time every night lol.

Yes tramadol and etizolam is very pleasant together. I've never experienced greater relaxation from a drug combination. As soon as they both kicked in I felt like I died and rose up to heaven xD

Feeling super.

IV'd the morphine and dilaudid in 1 shot for the first time.. I got an amazing rush.. unexplainable. Felt like the 1st time i ever did opiates.. That's while on 60mg of Oxycodone and other goodies.

BTW, IV Lorazepam = the most euphoric benzo.

i just got home, drove through a snowstorm which is pretty rare for the willamette valley. cars off the road, crashed into each other, abandoned, etc. even with a bunch of rounds (unchopped sections of tree) in my bed i was still spinning out like crazy. no snow plows = snow on the road getting compressed by people driving over it and then turning into ice. somehow i made it home in one piece, gotta buy chains ASAP now to avoid that sort of anxiety in the future. this metro is NOT equipped for snow in the least and i have a strong feeling it's gonna get a lot more of it in the future. climate change bitches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and at least for the rest of this week, the cold weather is here to stay. shit's gonna be treacherous for days IMO

OT: poured the last of my merlot into the designated get-hype tulip glass, ate a 1/4 of a weed cookie, and popped 60mg dxm

time to chill out to some dank tunes and blow vape juice clouds while i look forward to my 10 hour shift tomorrow (boss is driving me 'cause i will not risk that shit again yo)

edit 2: ok that was really fun, doing donuts in an empty movie theater parking lot. i've moved on to red baron pizzas and beer now. i feel naughty, will have to abstain from alcohol again to reset myself soon.

Enjoying these great opiate withdrawals and hyperalgesic(?) back pain. On 2.5mg etizzy, 1mg Diclazepam, shit tons of NSAIDS and fiber.

STH the new Ice Age is coming. The low (and even sometimes the high) hasn't been above 0F here. Everything is ice, nearly slid into another car at a stop sign even though I was coasting the entire time. Just barely missed haha. My poor little Taurus is gonna have a hard time this season.

Kinda wanna smoke some weed, kinda wanna spontaneously combust and die.

Cold here in SoCal too... not supposed to hit 70 around me in the near future... some days a high of only 58! lol but you have to consider that when it hits 30s at night the citrus farmers are shitting their pants and spending $$$ on portable heaters to keep the fields warm...

ot: dope, about to take a dab. kinda down today, just sick of life tbh
 
Feeling gud off of a nice amount of 4-fa (iv) - I really love the rush I get from this stuff! :) also took some O-desmethyltramadol just to stave off opiate withdrawals while I enjoy this 4-fa! =D

About 8-12hours. But it kinda depends on the dose. If you take a low dose it can be over after as little as ~6 hours, while high doses can last over 12 hours easily. Nasal may last a little longer than IV, but not by THAT much. Also, I usually redose before I give it a chance to wear off. No matter the RoA. :D

How is the O-destramadol? Does it provide muxh relief? Does it got legs and/or rush?

I remember slamming some Nucynta which is basically like as hydromorphone is to hydrocodone in pharmacology as Nucynta is to Tramadol.

It was like euphoric and opiate at the same time. I was pretty far into wd and had four of the large ER dose which I don't want to bother to look up but it gelt like I was rolling kinda in terms of euphoria. It didn't have much legs, maybe four hours but I was really strung out at the time.

I been straight nodding out on dillies the last few days and playing Final Fantasy XV. Can't complain.

That and some xanax and codeine and promethazine.

Yeah can't complain. Fell asleep sitting up a few times but really can't complain. My back been better eith frequent torodol shots from my doctor. It used to be a motherfucker waking up sitting up or in general if I wasn't flat on my back.

Yeah feels good man.

^yeah dude, I saw some pictures of that Portland snow storm... insane! People abandoning their cars on the 5... Dumbass people think they can just about their days like usual lol Kinda had it coming...

I'm pretty fucking high, been a rough day---just snorted some more dope, had 2.5mg valium earlier (first time in over 7 years), and some dabs... probably just gonna go to bed earlyish and hope tomorrow is better
 
I got blindsided by the storm. They didn't even predict snow more than 1'' up through Wednesday morning... by 2pm Wednesday it was already past 2'' and continuing to over 4''. No support infratructure + millions of people, probably <20% appropriately prepared = bad news bears. The temps remaining around near freezing cause a much slicker environment than temps significantly below 32F. That, combined with hills, spells trouble. I feel incredibly lucky that I was able to get home safe and tons of people were not so fortunate.

OT; I'm really high on at least 3 maybe 4 different drugs.

edit 12/16 AM: super fucking high, taking all the drugs i have, trying to leave my recliner to make food, clean up around the house, and chop firewood. it's hard to get up right now.

Some, didn't relieve all of the d/ts though. But it definitely made it bareable.

I'm restocked on good (pharma) opiates now, all is well again. :) Also got plenty of benzo. Do you fall asleep sitting up often? Which drugs cause you to do that? Or is it usually caused by sleep deprivation?

OT: 180mg MS Contin (taken whole), 160mg Oxyontin (IV), 40mg diazepam. Might take some lorazepam and/or bromazepam as well later. But for now I'm good. :)
