Racemic d,l-Methadone Hcl 70mg. + Clonazepam 3mg, svblingxvl ROA. + DPH 50mg (for potentiation of overall sedation and nod of both my MMT dose, kpins, and the weed; helps with the itches or nausea (i just get itches, read many people- even MMT patients -get nauseated from their much-needed/perfect what they call "your stabilized maintenance dose" that lasts at least 24 hrs-36 hrs (I think, that's what I think, well maybe all the way up to 48hrs). So basically the dose that kills your heroin/opioid cravings, always well never sick or you need a higher dose or split dosing if your state allows, I believe everybody prefers a dose that at least gives them a mood-lift as most MMT clients are diagnosed with anxiety/depression/bipolar ect. At least it acts as a mood stabilizer for me, goes perfect with good bud, hashish, K or MXE, kpins (Xanax and diazepam go great too, temazepam over all of em' if you can score some).
may add a mg or two of etizolam but im thinking im.not even gonna it.
