I can't find that website where it noted that it is possible for me to reach my goal by the end of this month. I guess I am putting myself in too much high of a standard.

Anyhow here is the result of the TDEE :

If you absolutely want to lose 7lbs by the end of this month, you can do it in theory but it's gonna be hard.

I think I'd rather not rush it now that I am thinking of it again, the healthier option of losing weight is still better than rushing it and not eating properly.
 
Your TDEE is 2150, so if you eat 1650, you'll lose a pound a week. You can track your food intake using myfitnesspal (I have the app on my phone for convenience). The more protein you eat during that cut, the less muscle mass you lose. But leave some room for fat, which is really important.
 
BMR is basal metabolic rate. It's what you would burn in a day if you stayed in bed and didn't move at all.
TDEE is total daily energy expenditure, that's just what you burn in a day.
 
I exercise maybe once or twice / week.... used to play soccer a lot but not much time for that anymore due to school / work

So I'm forced to watch what I eat / drink ... I've almost stopped going to fast food chains altogether, and eating a lot more fruits / veggies than before. I'm very average weight for my height, perhaps a tad on the light side.

I'm a sucker for pop / juice though, even though I should drink water instead :( Coke tastes too good!!
 
^im a sucker for desserts and chocolates. I actually just had a choco yogurt ice cream last night with choco marshmallows. I didn't really feel guilty about it cause I don't eat crap mostcof the time and exercise as much as I can.

yogurt ice cream is legit, tastes almost exactly like regular ice cream with half the cals!
 
^ I know! I would actually kill for one right now lol.

I have been going at it with my exercises and hot yoga classes. I weighed myself again and i weighed 136 lbs! 6 more lbs and I am reaching my goal.

I have also starting to drink probiotic yogurt and it is absolutely helping a lot with my digestion. What are you guys up to with regards to being more healthy?
 
I'm fit in the healthy aspect. But I dread to see what my internal organs look like after years of drug/alcohol abuse.

No worries hun, I felt the same way before but changed my way of living and got into crazy workouts and eating healthy. The last time I went to see a doctor she checked my BP, heart and lungs and she said my BP is perfect! Heart seems fine too and the lungs.
