Opioids How does one dislocate ones own shoulder?

Hypothetically what is the easier way to dislocate ones own shoulder. I had my left shoulder dislocated back in 2013 and I got some killer pain medications from it. Then I had surgery and got even better ones....


The last time I dislocated my shoulder, it was an accident on my bicycle so I don't know how I would be able to reenact that. I will be taking 4mg ativan tonight to take the edge off so I can go threw with it.

Seriously are you dislocating your shoulder to get pain meds? Get help.... You are one of the worst reasons serious chronic pain patients can not get there medications.
