Yep. Every drug in Australia is generally in a clip seal or press seal plastic bag which you can add your water to draw up and shoot from and definitely no heat required.

Yeah ive seen a lot of people just add water to the bag, specially with ice. I tend to use the spoons from fitpacks myself.

You use fitpacks jess? It's been a while, but last time i did that, i was shocked out much it cost for something like 3 fucking rigs - cost more than a tenner.
It's pretty much encouraging people to re-use fits. I'm sure you've mentioned needle exchanges in your area though, so i hope you have access to one of them. I used to buy them online relatively cheaply too, back in the bad ol' days.

Yeah, it seems in australia most drugs are sold in clip seal baggies - though the first time i ever bought smack, from this older British punk woman i used to be friends with - it was elaborately bunched up in some kind of wax paper, and twisted inti a ball, a bit bigger than a pea.
I wonder if baggies are just the way all drugs then to be sold retail in australia - or if H is sold that way because it is white powder, as opposed to sticky afghan brown or black tar?

Also, you have a lot of welfare/health service (ab)users in poor areas of the US, so I don't think those people with documented pain issues in the poorest parts of this country are paying anything out of pocket to fill those scripts for pain medications.

A few years ago in Florida you could go to a pain clinic, drop cash and leave with a script. I believe they closed that loophole, maybe it's still there in other southern states.

You still can, the difference is they just closed a lot of the clinics where you didn't even need to bring any medical records to walk away with a fat script.

I lived there in 2010.. now THAT was a pill epidemic.

I was talking about the deep South, not the coastal, southeastern state of Florida. Florida has never been considered part of the true "deep" South, which afaik includes MS, GA, LA, and AL among a couple of others. Florida has had a much different culture and ethnic demographic than the deep South for decades now.

There was one Bluelighter, nowdubvr6, who regularly drove long distances in his deep Southern state just to buy his heroin. From what I remember, he said most people in his town would look at him like he was crazy asking around for some heroin. Honestly, I think not having heroin regularly available for cheap is a blessing in disguise to Southerners. It's disgusting what it does to people around here, my heart breaks when old addicts share stories of regret and what could have been, some of whom amazingly astute about their lives and the world around them... so much goddamn potential pissed away. Point is, you don't heroin to take over your town, screamingskull, being flooded with meth is bad enough.

It does seem strange to me though that southern hick towns don't have dope (supposedly). I grew up in a hick town, albeit not in the south, and heroin was always around. Although it was a lot more "subcultural" than it is today, when you have high school valedictorians smoking tar and shit like that. It's gotten way more mainstream.

100% my experience, though again, this was a hick town that wasn't down South, nor out West (as yours presumably is, with a reference to tar); I cannot possibly imagine that cultural or other reasons why this should not be the case in the South. It's probably just more of an intimately connected small community that's difficult to penetrate. Like the market for legitimate LSD or MDMA, outside of places that see drug-centric public festivals/concerts/events on a regular basis. Except that there's none of those, really, for heroin, although heroin is on sale, as is everything else, at the larger ones. The advent of easily available Internet sourcing to the mainstream public has probably changed this, to the detriment of both the stability and economics of small communities and the public health of the community at large, however.

In NJ was all powder in glassine (wax) folds put together in 10 packs (bundles) with 5 bundles to a brick. I had seen bundles in single bags from a few dealers who packages it themselves although it was rare.

In AZ I've seen it plenty of ways. Usually it's tar that comes in typical baggies although one dealer gave me a decent amount in a tied latex glove finger. I've gotten brown powder and the powder that turns to typical tar in baggies as well. A friend usually got his in tied pieces of plastic baggies.

when i was getting dope in vermont from 2009 to 2013 felt like it was easier to find a virgin whore than a good bag.

i lived one block from the 5 corners amtrak station in 2015 and was super tempted to scope it out aftr that 10000 bag bust or whatever it was. it wasnt worth the risk in the end (obviously)

I moved to Vermont in 2009 from Illinois and trying to find dope comparable to Chicago dope never did happen til just this year I happened across a dealer bringing stuff from Mass, thats how I ended up starting all the diff pills, it was crazy I'd get a better rush from a 30 than 2-3 bags of dope.

I always thought the reason it was bag 2 to 3 times was so they can eat it if law gets involved and it can still come out without it being absorbed into their system. But I'm here in Denver and I've been getting really good "tar" but it's solid like a jolly rancher. The only thing that I found in Denver that's a major letdown is the Yeh, hardly find anything that will even create a mild numb feeling.
