How does getting a patdown at raves work? Specifically at audiotistic

I will be attending a rave tomorrow and i will be taking some ecstasy. I was planning on taping it to my boxers or somewhere around that area. During the patdown, can they touch your genitalia or will they be able to find it somehow?

They always touch your genitalia. And old bushman's trick is that if you smile when they do it, they'll do it for like 10 seconds.

Ive never had my genitals touched at a rave patdown (or any patdown, Ive been through many) and they never even got that close, usually just midway up my thigh. Bluelight isnt the place to be asking about how to smuggle drugs, even if its just an event.
