    Welcome Guest!

How does E compare to opiates?

Never tried opiates, or heard much about it, so can't tell you about that.

But on e, someone could hit your car, and you think "I hope they're okay!"

I think your talking about personal preference between drug groups?

If this is correct then some people will prefer MDMA to opiates - the others will prefere Opiates to MDMA. Neither one of them is correct though as both groups opinions are as valid.

Opiates can be great fun - MDMA can be great fun but the 'fun' is usually for other reasons.

Death by a bullet vs Death by being eaten by a shark - both mean your dead but both for very different reasons.

Haha thats a great analogy.

The euphoria from rolling and from opiates is very different as well. With opiates its like a comfortably numb euphoria (emotions are dulled), but with MDMA its like hyper-emotion style euphoria. Almost opposite ends of the euphoria spectrum if that makes sense ;)

This is interesting. In my personal experience, the intensity of the panicky feeling upon come-up seems to correspond with the intensity of the bliss of the trip.

small panic, okay experience. big panic, AWESOME time.

hm...

Totally agree. I freak out when I'm coming up. It's just really uncomfortable and anxious for me and I can't think clearly. Then instantly your peak hits and it goes from scary to perfection in like a 1 minute time frame lol. It does get better after you've done it a few times, cause you totally expect and accept the panicy feeling.

Once you lose the magic for mdma you usually lose it for opiates as well. The serotonergic system has to be partly active to get that strong opiated euphoria..

Actually dopamine is responsible for the "magic"

Opiates just aren't a good way to do that. Imagine trying to explain opiates to someone who has only had alcohol. Ex is like a good caffeine/coke rush, followed by a very light shrooms/DXM trippieness, mixed with the sensation that you're on a five hour date in Cancun with Jessica Alba. You feel like every person on the planet is telepathically sending love in your direction, like acceptance crashing over you in waves. And because you feel a positive response to everything, you start doing stupid stuff and hugging strangers and asking them to help you make claymation movies called Attack of the Haitian Zombies. If opiates are the world wrapping you in a fuzzy blanket, Ex is you and the world having a crush on each other.

They're completely different, and as for MDMA, keep yourself well hydrated and the worst you have to worry about is dancing like a complete fool.
