i used 105mg of oxycodone over the course of the day today (within 3-4 hours, last 30mg dose at 6pm). this is within my tolerance range as i usually do no less than 90mg in a day and no more than 150mg by choice.

my high was beginning to fade and- this being my last day using before a 2-4 week break (utilizing suboxone)- i didn't want it to be over quite so quickly. my fiance had some 350mg somas laying around so i ate 1/4 of one (~87mg) about 15 minutes ago.

my question is this:
how does carisoprodol affect an opiate high?
i've never taken it alone, let alone with an opiate.

i already tried to UTFSE, but couldn't really find a whole lot on this topic. i found some other questions about using carisoprodol in the opiate potentiation megathread but none of them had been answered (atleast where i could find).

any help is appreciated & thanks in advance :)

I think it affects the enzmyes responsible for metabolising some opiates. Whether it's an inducer or an inhibitor I don't know. It's no myth though.
