Benzos How do you stop a benzo ?

How do you stop a benzodiazepine "trip" ? I'm not talking about OD quantity here.

You know when you take a benzo just to chill but later realize you have to actually do work ? (thats what I'm talking about)

As in how do you "wake your self up" ?

(I have a feeling a lot of people are gonna say stimulants?)

You don't.

Stims will counteract the effects somewhat but will not actually stop the effects. Only thing i can think of are GABA-antagonists but trust me if you fuck with them there's a good chance you'll die in the process.

Yeah, many times I regretted taking something only to try to pull myself out of it…. With benzos the 1/2 lives vary a lot depending on typology of drug you ingested.
Coffee maybe, but I would try to rest an hour if you can then work after that… Fighting it might be harder than just accepting and going with the flow until it wears off.

You can't stop it just ride it out and enjoy it man. Coffee? Yeah stimulants. What you want it's not a "trip" your sedated. Wake up

I like to do a benzo speedball, adderall+benzos = ungodly productive.

My doc offered me adderall as I am already on 100 mgs of Lamictal and .5 mgs of Xanax three times daily and I get tired sometimes. Maybe I should take him up on that. He offered but I declined.

I was on Lamictal for a while and got the rash… Of course it's up to you. I've been on stimulants too, but I personally wouldn't add a stimulant to a short acting benzo, or any cns depressants as a regimen, ime. Good for you for declining so far.

yes, benzos n stims were my doc balance for some time. of course it stopped working

You can't stop, won't stop, don't stop the rock of benzodiazepines, without just waiting it out.

There is a research chemical antagonist called flumazenil but it is not something that is accessible to the general public.

low dose of clonopin like 1mg with some coffee is a nice combo enjoy it, im actually way more productive on long acting benzos than without them.

This, I guess. Looks dangerous. I'm guessing that like naloxone, it probably produces instant, precipitated WDs for benzo addicts.
