How do you rate focalin to adderall?

Dexedrine, vs Focalin? With the amphetamine shortages I want to try foculin while I have the chance. I've had adderall, ritalin, concerta. Just never foculin or desoyn ( which would be a stretch to ask for) I want to avoid the constant strees amphetamines are putting on my brain and from a health perspective Foculin sounds and has the preferential binding affinities to replace dexedrine and eliminate neurotoxicity. I would like someones opinion who has tried both dexedrine and foculin and tell me if it would be a mistake to get rid of Dexedrine. I suffer from anxiety too, so the low NE is a plus
