Anyone ever tried to roll an unconscious person over?
I remember coming across this 260lb guy that had OD'd and I couldn't flip him over and I'm pretty large and in shape.
It can be unbelievably difficult unless you know what you are doing.
Putting someone in the recovery position can help prevent aspiration and suffocation.

I've done first aid with the fire brigade for years back in the 80's early 90's.
You don't have to roll em over just roll them on the side and pull their heads backwards and put arm underneath just so their airway stay clear and bend leg so they don't move any further.


Now first aid has changed since then lol.

I know nothing of rolling a big hoss on his side but my first inclination is to get a pry bar

Look up a bow and arrow move in high school type wrestling (as in not the wwf). Or tie a soft sheet around an arm and another around a leg and pull.
