you can take it and just put the patch on, which is IMO most effective then any other way, it lasts 72 hrs, provides amazing pain relief, and sedation. eating the gell or chewing the patches is dangerous and can lead to overdose/death. smoking the GEL is a waste of money, providesa 3min buzz, and u have to take hit after hit. like crack. waste.IVing the gel is dangerous and can be fatal to someone who dont know what there doing, just slapthe patch on! fentanyl isnt even euphoric like other opiates IMO anyway, itsquite dumb of a drug

First of all - make sure you actually know what dose you're taking. Specify how large the pieces are - a 100ug/hour will contain 16mg, so cutting it into quarter and quarters again will get you 1mg patches.

Most common ways of using it are either vaping or chewing, the latter probably being a bit more healthy.

What sort of patches are you using, the thin plastic or liquid gel?

if they are not he gel ones. you can simmer them in water for approx 30 min to 1 hr...for best effect, then eat, inject, drink, whatever.
