I am currently lifting weights three times a week and was wanting some input on how you guys felt about rolling on a day i dont lift? I am already on point with my diet and such and am supplementing for lifting which does good for rolling. how do you guys feel about this?

I don't really think it matters... Not really sure why it would. I think you'll DEFINITELY be able to keep up your diet when rolling! :)

im just wondering if it'll effect me adversly. i guess i got lost in the thought like people who are constantly using. and now my problems solved.

My heaviest 6 months of MDMA use coincided with my heaviest 6 months of boxing (actual combat and boxing, not kick boxing), and I found the rest days to be the best ones to roll on, but being on a regimen of muscle building increase your health in general and makes you better fit to enjoy your free time whether it's with MDMA or anything else. As long as you're taking proper breaks, I would think your weight lifting schedule would not matter in a truly impactive way.

I would say it's completely fine to roll on off days. I only work out about 3 days a week, but I don't see how one roll will negative affect your work out schedule if you lead a generally healthy lifestyle.

I would roll on the same day after working out, which is followed by consecutive off days.

For example if Thursday is your last workout day of the week, you'll have all F-Sat-Sun to recover.

If you have a hard weight training session the day after rolling, it might be hard to keep up with the same strength and focus you would normally have. A high enough MDMA dose will leave you depleted mentally and physically the next day.

Plus, if you take any pre workout supplements with caffeine, they won't have the strongest effect on your body if you just rolled (the stimulation aspect they provide).

I started lifting 3 months ago and I rolled for the first time in months this past weekend. The following tuesday I felt awkward lifting weights. Today I felt perfectly fine.
