How do you feel about Bath salts and other 'legal highs'?

I've seen a few people completely lose their minds and permanently fuck up their life on bath salts. I've seen an experienced tripper be sent into a 3-day psychotic state b/c she was given some RC instead of real LSD.

I've been trippin over my dick to get people I know to stay away from the shit. But people will try w/e they want to try.

I've seen two people completely lose their minds on mushrooms which left them with very long term anxiety disorders.

I've seen many people suffer from depression from a range of different "real drugs".

I've seen people suffer long term extreme paranoia verging on psychosis from "real drugs".

Research chemicals is a VERY broad term.. there are hundreds of drugs that could be considered to be research chemicals.. Some more harmful, some less, some crappy, some wonderful..

If, however, people have a problem with branded drugs such as "Fantazzly Shpangle" (I know.. I should go into marketing) with no information about what is actually in them.. Then yeah.. burn the cunts.

So you think "real drugs" have just as many adverse side effects as "designer drugs", specifically the bath salts? You'd say coke and meth send people into a downward spiral of psychosis just as quick as someone on bath salts?

I know some research drugs are more legit than others, but I thought this thread was talking mainly about the bath salts sold at gas stations and head shops.

I'm saying designer drugs is a fckin stupid thing to compare to any specific drug or even class of drugs.. let alone legal vs illegal.. they are 100s of drugs, each with their own affects, safety profiles / concerns, etc etc..

You can't just say "real drugs are better" or "they're dangerous!" or "they turn people crazy!" because by that logic.. they all apply to "real drugs" (and i use this term as it has been used by others here) as well.

Designer drugs don't even have a single class type.

And yes again.. I've seen "bath salts" have clear labels defining what is in them.. the reason they are called bath salts (which started off as plant food) is to exploit a loop hole within the law.. and again - they are many different drugs.

Granted; fancy names and packaging pisses me off, and if they don't clearly label what's actually in it the company should be burnt to the ground.

And you're right.. some people are talking about the latter.. but a lot of people here don't seem to even know the difference.

(This post wasn't aimed at you.. just venting to you ;) )

MXE and 3-meo-pcp/4-meo-pcp/have yet to try diphenidine or 2-meo-dip, have been important additions to the dissociative-loving mass off those who online vendors for arylcyclohexylamines. If I had money, i been using MXE or 3-meo-pcp on the daily, esp MXE though. IV!

Okay, you're right about the whole "designer drugs" vs "real drugs" thing. I mean, ecstasy is a designer drug, and it is pretty safe.

But I'm just saying, I think it's funny that I can know people who use all types of drugs, day in and day out, for years, and they are still relatively normal - but for some reason they decide to go on a few day bath salt binge from gas stations and head shops, and Wallah! 3 days later they are in a psychotic state, twitching, talking non-sense, and running around getting in trouble doing stupid crazy.

Granted, I've also seen people paranoid as fuck from using crack and meth; but there is something more desperate, more insane about a person who's gone psychotic off bath salts. I mean, I assume you have seen people who are having a psychotic break from bath salts, and wouldn't you agree it's fucking demented? There's also somewhat more of a lasting effect to the damage.

I'm regularly around people who've been up for 5-7 days on meth and are starting to talk to people that aren't there and hallucinate and go somewhat psychotic - and I feel relatively safe around them. But I get sketched out as fuck when I'm around someone who is out of their mind on bath salts - they are fucking dangerous. Yeah, people on "real drugs" can get just as bad, but anecdotally I would say bath salts have a higher incidence of getting that way, and you are almost guaranteed to end up like that if you use high enough amounts, and especially if you inject.

I just whole-heartedly feel that bath salts are dangerous compared to any type or class of drugs whatsoever (strictly the bath salts sold at gas stations/head shops).

I can't say much but mr Baggie potpourri has the closest to what your looking for, I got a sample and it blew me away, the smell was amazing and lasted for a while, it's different from k2 and things like that it's more like the real thing. It's definitely worth it the buy no doubt. but he really carefull, it's strong like start of with like an amount smaller than your pinky nail. I've been using their sample for like a week and I still haven't finished the bag and it's a little pack. Overall legals are mostly unhealthy but you can find a few good ones out there if you look hard enough. I want to try some 5-mapb or whatever it's called once I get some Money.

You are still talking about bath salts as if it is a drug itself.. It's not.. It's a retarded way of getting around the "Not for human consumption" law which could have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or no drugs at all in them.

What one are you talking about? MDPV? Mephedrone? Buphedrone? Methylone? 2DPMP? Methedrone? an MDPV + Mephedrone mix? A different mix? Unknown chemicals?

And yes I've abused mephedrone to the point of max paranoia / psychosis.. but it didn't come close to the paranoia from amphetamine abuse, GHB withdrawal or cannabis.. None of the drugs mentioned (done them all bar 2-DPMP) caused the dysphoric depression that MDMA has for me.

But sure.. everyone is different.. and i agree that unknown doses and ratios and sometimes drugs themselves found in many "bath salts" is fucking stupid..

You read the meth stories over in Best of Bluelight?

Bath salts is not a type or class of drugs!!! 8(

Try telling that to PCP or better yet.. 4-chloroamphetamine..
