Heroin How do you deal with H side effects (can't poop, piss, swallow solids, itching etc)?

That /\, was pretty durn cool!

I bet that person had a hell of a tummy ache though.

For the OP, if you are having slowed/difficult respirations and decreased BP due to the heroin then sugar is not going to do anything for that.

So when i feel low BP and hard to breathe what should i do? I do drinks a LOT of water too because i get dry mouth and supposedly is good. Also keeps getting the drug out of your system (blood) right?

I really think sugar under the tongue helps w/ low bp... maybe it's placebo.

Like RTrain says, SIT DOWN man oh my god i cannot tell you how much that helps me piss I have no clue why maybe muscle relaxation? Seriously try this before doing all these other methods, for me it completely solved the problem! =D

I want to say something about that disgusting turd, but it might be (mis)construed as rascist.

Smoke some crack.....

I posted in another thread of a friend who had to be operated on and lost a third of his intestines as his had burst. I take the Docusate sodium, lots of water, and glycerin suppositories when needed. I also do a sort of rocking on the toilet forward and back. And raising my feet up on a small stool as well. Small stool, little pun there.

What do you mean you " feel low BP" and think "sugar helps it" - are you sure you are not confusing low BP with a hypo, i.e. low blood sugar?

That constipation has to be managed or you'll lose half your guts and end up with a bag - faecal impaction is a medical emergency. Don't let it get this far, get some micro enemas or glycerin suppositories!

By the way, these binge cycles on heroin will get you eventually, if you don't OD first. Your last OD was a whisper away from an ambulance ride and being restrained and given a shot of Narcan, to rip the opioids off the receptors rapid style. Ever experienced full bore instant withdrawals?

Yeah i mean low blood pressure. Ima go buy asap from the pharmacy things to help poop.

This thread is turning like "Ewwww"...A whole bottle of magnesium citrate should work...

If you use opiates regularly for any length of time, these side effects are greatly reduced. Hydration is important, keeps things flowing. Heroin will make you forget to drink fluids. Eat toast, soup, cereal, stuff like that.

I also eat alot of nuts for the fiber and good health in general. One of the BLers had a recipe for a bean soup he swore by. Another tried it and was relieved right away. I don't remember what type of bean but most should work. I eat black beans with rice a couple times a week but I believe if you get some Cambell's soup, bean with bacon, lentil, or possibly Grean pea you'll stay regular because besides the fiber they make some effective gas for that added push. Give it a go. Pun intended, lol.

That's the thing, i won't use them regularly, just 1g then stop few months. And the gram lasts me 10+ days (the gear i got is very strong tho). And i only snort (a few days ago i IV'd and too much and felt sick almost fucked up bad).

I do drink A LOT of water per day, and eat decently. I pee sitting down and works with some effort, but poop is another story, in 6 days i pooped once. So i'm gonna buy aenemas etc.

^Yeah, well...I'm not suggesting you use it more regularly...Just pointing out that the side-effects you're experiencing usually decrese in severity, particularly with heroin and constipation...When the levels drops after you go to sleep, you're bound to go at some point!

Now, someone on pain management who's intentionally dosing in a way that there's always a moderate level of opioids in their system, they tend to have worse side effects than most heroin users. Although heroin dramatically effects you if you don't use regularly.

I used it every day for years, but when using for three consecutive days earlier this month, I couldn't hold anything down, I was dehydrated, constipated, the whole nine yards...and went from that to basically full-blown WD 24 hours after I stopped. It's amazing how much tolerance changes things.

^ ye. But you used H everyday for 3 years? And managed to quit? Damn.

TBH i would use only Oxy, but it's too expensive and a lot weaker... Funny stuff.

My first true heroin habit happened 15 or so years ago....I've had a few years off all drugs, a few years on maintenance drugs, over half that time dependent on heroin itself. When I was twenty years old, screwing around with heroin, I never imagined I'd be 35 years old and still chained to opiates. Granted, I've had an amazing life that I'm grateful for, but the desire to get high has stolen a lot from me. I still think like the rebellious teenager...I meet people 7 years younger than me with kids and it seems like they're older than me....I don't want a normal life anyway, but getting high on opiates will steal years from you...and you won't even remember! Maybe I sound like some preaching old drug addict, but it really is like "Groundhog Day"....

Itching/nausea/histamine-related: Diphenhydramine or better antihistamines, like hydroxyzine. This will potentiate the dope, so be careful.
Constipation: Baking soda seems to help. I'm not as prone to constipation as others seem to be, so a cup of shitty coffee seems to do the trick for me.
I've never had trouble swallowing solids, at least not on opiates, so I can't help you there.
Insomnia: Don't do dope before bedtime ;)
