there are many different ways to get drugs, back in the early 90's most of the deals went down in open air drug markets in the city. these were usually pretty safe because the sellers protected their customers. it was quick, easy, in and out. sometime you would run into trouble like cops, rip-offs and bad decisions when you were desperate. but today times have changed, most of the drug transactions i deal with are through phone numbers that i feel are safer since you know who you are dealing with and there is less of a chance of rip-offs.

so here are a few of the ways to score, what do most ppl use now?
there is the friend that you know well and see regularly.
then there is a certain house or group that you can visit.
you have prescription diversion, meaning someone who gets legit scripts and sells them to whoever.
there is the guy who ppl will chip in together and that person will make a trip into a drug territory and return with the product...for a fee.
there still are some open air markets where you can drive up to a corner or certain spot and do a hand to hand deal, usually with a stranger.
then there are the phone services that will deliver or meet you somewhere. these are usually the best because you know who you are dealing with, the meeting spots change up and they usually operate 24/7.
most of my transactions are done through phone services but i have been known to go into the city and find a street buy. i hate these because you never quite know what you are getting for sure. the cops usually know about these sites and it's hot. and when you are desperate and looking for a street deal you tend to not make the best decisions. which can lead to getting robbed or ripped off.
another way to get drugs is stealing prescription drugs from other ppl. medicine cabinets and what not.
and of course there are the lucky ones who can grow their own never having to deal with others for their DOC.
so what's it like where you live?

someone mentioned drs......they are the best source. i have a friend who goes to some "pain management" dr and gets prescribed endless amounts of narcotics, with some benzos thrown in to mix it up.

like i said i do the phone thing. it's a big operation that runs 24/7....i usually see the same few ppl but once in a while someone fills in for the regulars. it's funny doing a deal and never knowing the other guys name.

i often wonder how many ppl have their hands on the dope before i get it. the one operation i deal with has the best stuff in the city. i think it comes pretty much right from a large source. the guys i deal with package their own bags from a large source. their bags are unlike any others in the city. they use white stamp bags that are a little larger and they don't come in sealed plastic like all the others, they are packaged in idividual ziplock bags. very small but still i never see this from any other source. so i basically think they are buying weight and packaging it themselves and are able to skip a few hands. the other sources probably buy it already packaged in individual bags. i'm sure they buy it in 5,000 bag bricks but it's still not as good as the white bags in zip-lock........did i lose everyone yet?

yeah i didn't intend to make it about bragging. i don't really like to brag.....especially in an anonymous forum.
but i was just interested in how ppl get their drugs these days. i've been around for a while now and before there were cell phones we used to do street buys. in the city it was crazy, sometimes on a friday there would be a line like a McDonalds drive thru. the cops wouldn't even go near because they were paid off.
then operation sunrise came through and everybody ran and hid underground.
that clue might give you an idea what city i'm talking about.

Btw, would it REALLY be that easy to head over to a "pain management" clinic and just acquire whatever you want by LYING about being in pain? I would think most doctors would put you through a physical exam to make sure you're not just BS'ing. Then again, I live in Massachusetts, where Schedule II drugs are watched more closely than say, in Florida
