how do people get f'ed up on benzos?

I have been scripted benzos for a long time, but whenever I take a lot of them I just fall alseep. How do people get so their acting all drunk off of them. I've tried taking a lot of klonopin and lorazepam which I am scripted 6mg a day of.
 
The trick is when you feel yourself going to sleep, fight the feeling hard ,stay awake and then you will stay in floating mode
 
Some people just don't get high from benzos IME, or they have too big of a tolerance (like you) to get high from them. Drugs effect people differently.

High dose of any benzo and i'm incredibly forgetful, but not that fucked. Few pints are what make me fucked up though, overdo it on the drink and i'll be filled in by my friends the next day on the dumb shit i did

A lot of times people will black out and not realize they've done stupid drunk ass like shit. And mixing it with alcohol/other drugs is of course dangerous. I know people who have blacked out and accidentally shot like a gram of heroin when they normally can only handle .2. I've blacked out and had an suv on two wheels for a good 10 seconds, everyone in the car tried to move to the otherside to make it fall, numerous other stories. But most don't remember.

That's one of the main things people wonder about getting fucked on benzo's. Some would argue if you're too fucked to remember how is it fun? Others live in the moment and go nuts. Just a lot of the time when you're that fucked you won't remember shit, or atleast bits and pieces, which are often filled in by other people. And if you're filling in someones memory you can tell them a fake story and they'll believe it. One of my ex girlfriends was told she had sex with me, before we ever hooked up, and she believed it, called me the next day at 3am apologizing

Gotta be wary of that. I've messed with a bunch of friends memories, but I've always filled them in after.

Also one time, me and 3 of my friends made up a story, and acted like it's real, even in the pressence of each other, to the point where now you can ask other people "every hear when..." and they'll tell you about it. Show's how fucked up things can happen to your memories pretty easily.
 
For me I dont feel high,but the day after I'm like "Damn I was wrecked!".I usually get stumbly and black out from too much though.and like Captain said,Clonazepam and Lorazepam aren't that euphoric.Temazepam or Rohypnol are 2 I find really euphoric.Hell,I even get more euphoria from "non" Benzodiazepines like zopiclone then loarazepam or clonazepam.

I had some vials of diazepam which I used IV,and they felt pretty good.(especially when I used it to prep Hydromorphs!)

Also,I remember I was on an IV coke binge,when I ran out I did a 200 mg milligrams shot of morphine to vein,then took a shitload of the 30 mg temazepam.I woke up on the couch muttering to myself.....3 days later.apparently after the first 10 or so I blacked out and kept eating them.I had alot of them,I bought some girls whole script for my coke comedown,when I woke up they were all gone.and yes,my friends filled me in on the crazy shit I did.(My floor was covered in half eaten strawberries and nesquick syrup :)

I also just tend to fall asleep on the benzos, and I haven't been scripted them for more than a year. Drinking on them makes people do stupid shit...I don't have a clear memory of things I've done with a lot of benzos mixed with weed but I'm quite sure I wasn't physically capable of doing much more than chilling in my bed on my computer at that point anyway.
 
I personally don't even find alprazolam that euphoric,neither does my gf,she had a script for them,but she switched to temazepam cause she likes them so much more.

You have a little tolerance.

Benzos do the same as alcohol, except for a couple of things.

-Alcohol antagonizes the NMDA receptors, which is where most of the ataxia and joint-lube feeling of it comes from. Benzos have no NMDA antagonistic properties. This is the main difference people notice between the two.

-Alcohol also enhances the function of serotonin. Which gives rise to it's very noticeable mode lift, and an increase in impulsiveness, and uninhibited behavior. Benzos cause a mood lift by the sheer stress reduction, not by serotonin.

So al in all, alcohol has more signs to show that you are fucked up.
The two above are gonna be the dead give-away.

These are why I would say that a lot of people that have not been thoroughly introduced to benzos, may mistake the levelheadedness for not being fucked up.
 
benzos are garbage to me...i take them, they make my brain go dead and i am relaxed but i get anhedonic on them and then i want to go to sleep...gee, what fun...benzos make some people really social, not me..
 
I try not to abuse benzos but when I take enough I appear drunk to others while I feel perfectly sober, just a little drowsy. Its not until later when the drugs start losing effect that I realize how intoxicated I was.
 
Benzos relieve anxiety. I had a benzo script for a month at a tough time in my life. Feeling normal was a euphoria of its own.

I don't think anyone should take a lot of benzos if they don't need them. The reason being if you ever do need them you will have a high tolerance and they won't help you. A xanax bar at a party won't kill you but if your taking them every day just for fun then you won't appreciate them if you ever need them.
