How do I go about a taper off 50 mg tramadol?

how long have you been on it? 50mg shouldnt require much taper but everyone is a bit dif. Time on depends alot on how fast one can discontinue. Do you feel WD's if you dont take it?

Been on it for several months, I take 3-4 tram a day.

I fired the provider I was seeing. Long story.

Drop 10% of weight (powder) every week or two. If it's too much taken away adjust as needed.
Best of luck with this shouldn't be too bad.

Every 2 weeks drop 1 pill. When u reach 100mg I'd drop not cold turkey but use loperamde for the first 3-4 days and some gabapentin. U should be past the worst already by thus point. Gl brother
