How do I take Catnip Extract with some other legal highs??

So, I'm buying 30g of Wormwood, 25g of Wild Dagga Petals, 25g of Damania, and 25g Passionflower. These are all legal so they may not be extremly potent, but in high doses they can be quite nice as I read in numerous Erowid reports. I'm also getting 1 gram of Black Catnip extract. Does anyone know how to take the Catnip and a recommended dosage? and which way would get me the highest?. I've only smoked weed a few times and had a few trys with opiates so I'll proberly have a low tolerance.

I'm thinking of just smoking the other herbs through a bong and Catnip too(if that's the best way to take them). How high can I get from this and what effects will I have? Also what methods of consumption would be best to get me the highest for each of the herbs? :/

Or should not even expect anything at all, am I just wasting my time since I figured 'legal' herbs wouldn't really be that potent, just something mild?

Hi, welcome to bluelight. We don't actually allow threads on how to get the highest possible from taking a substance on Bluelight. Please read the BLUA and also the BDD guidelines if unsure of the rules. You can also PM me with any questions.

I can honestly say that smoking passionflower burns like hell and it sounds like a pretty horrid mixture to smoke. Erowid should give you a good idea of dosages etc. Or you could try the search engine to help you with this one.
