I notice that 3 out of my 4 times that I rolled. I feel like crap the next day or next few days. I just wanna enjoy the drug and not feel like crap after? Anyone know why? And the 1 time I didnt feel like crap I smoked a bit of weed during the high.

Also I have never rolled outside of a rave. The only time I rolled were in raves.

My definition of crap
.Not being able to eat properly
.Not being able to sleep properly
.Dont feel like moving
.Depression sometimes
.Brain feels "Retarded"

First time rolling : December 2008
Last time rolling : February 2010

If you guys can help me resolve my issue I would really appreciate it.

I just want to enjoy this drug! :)

Thanks in advance BL

Get some real MDMA and get away from the meth bombs. If you had real MDMA, you wouldn't have trouble eating or sleeping.

I found that reading a book afterwards can make negative "etarded" effects go away quicker. That's just me, though. Exercise should also help. Good luck :D

First of all... it's impossible. Taking E will 90% of the time make you feel like crap after.

Best thing to do is take vitamins, and drink water. E depletes your vitamins, and dehydrates you like alcohol. I believe it's the amphetamine in E that depletes your appetite. 5-HTP helps me the next day with the depression blues. So just try to eat, drink, take vitamins, drink juice, and take a 5-HTP that should help. But feeling perfect the next day.. won't (usually) happen. And your brain not working.. that's what happens the next few days when you take hard drugs... IMO. Giving yourself a few months break in between rolls may be able to make the next days a little better.

If you get high... going down is inevitable:\

everyone is different. i smoke weed when my roll is over and it gets me to eat with no problem and pure mdma doesnt usually give you the feeling of not wanting to eat unless your high on it. it is prob some amp in that shit

The misconception is that "real E" or "good E" won't make you feel poor afterwards....MDMA by nature is a stimulant that absolutely can interrupt your sleeping, and make food taste like sawdust for hours if not days afterwards. The idea that MDMA is always great, and that fillers and other chemicals in a pill are evil and contribute to any and all negative after-affects is naive. MDMA is delicious, but it certainly by nature can drain you.

There's no perfect formula that will make you feel absolutely stellar when rolling, and will have absolutely no "come down" or after effect, but everyone has some story about pills they've done that were the best high ever, and gave them absolutely no negative after effects.

If you've had tons of sleep the week before, been healthy overall and have other factors in your favor to allow your body to enjoy and recover from MDMA, you may have little to no negative after effects. I've felt amazing the next day after some pills...took those same pills months later, and felt totally depressed and empty afterwards.

Sorry, that wasn't really advice....just sounded like I was bitching LOL! =)

What helps me:

Sleep as much as possible after (this helps regenerate seratonin naturally)
5htp + Vitamin C (time released if you can find it) is a common suggestion
Eat some protein (light stuff turkey breast, and take your time)
When you've slept enough, get up and excersize a bit (also helps rejuvinate a lot of depleated brain chemicals)

The depression is often the worst part- prepare yourself emotionally and psychologically to accept that you'll feel low for a bit but that isn't what's "real" and it will fade away.

I like the reading idea to get your mind to focus- haven't tried that.

I swear by 5-htp! Take it as you're coming down, before you go to bed, then again in the morning. I'll usually take mine two times a day for about 3-4 days following my roll. It helps with sleeping soundly and depression. I always seem to generally have a good day after taking it, even if crappy things happen. It is an appetite suppressant though so it won't help you eat.

Otherwise, just live a healthy life style. Get good sleep, eat healthy food, drink plenty of water and take vitamins. I've actually started doing more of that as a recovery effort from MDMA and it's made a world of difference in all aspects of my life, not just rolling. :)

I found it really helps with my vocabulary afterward. I have a nasty problem with not being able to remember lists, where things are, etc. Reading seems to help with these problems and also makes sure my vocabulary remains more or less intact. I'm not sure if others have this problem or if I've just done way too much e (I know I've done the latter, just not sure if its widespread is all), but I know it helps out a lot for me.

As for MDMA causing annorexia and insomnia, I've personally never had this problem. In fact, when I'm peaking extremely hard on pure MDMA, I've fallen asleep (passed out?) before. I do agree that it's completely subjective, though, and that my experience certainly does not mimic the subjective experience of others. We all may have similar brain chemistry, but everyone does have their own, unique brain chemistry that react in its own, unique way =)

Pure mdma you have no bad feelings after, you can sleep and eat. But ime if you abuse it you can start to have feelings of depression after.

I've found that the only time I've felt crappy after was when I was drunk/sick/stressed out when I took it.

I've been doing it for years, almost always pressed pills and not "pure" molly. Treat your body right and don't abuse the drug and you should be fine.

On the other hand, all my friends that have anxiety issues or who are bipolar have a nasty week after no matter what they do.

Drugs, dancing, staying awake all night. How do you not feel like shit after?
But to help you feel less like shit, eat fruits, multivitamins, milk, sleep, exercise (not exactly the day after).
All the symptoms you put down are sort of unavoidable to a certain degree. I however find myself not feeling like shit afterwards if I went into the roll very health. Like the week before I rolled i exercised, ate health, got enough sleep, nothing bad happening.

It's not just the substances you've taken, it's what you've been doing when on it. If you dance for hours on end, you're bound to be left physically exhausted, on top of the fact that you'll be at least slightly dehydrated and desperate for nutrition. Smoking endless amounts of tobacco and drinking on top of it won't help.
Weed may sooth the next day, but will add to the hangover if you smoke a lot of it before bed.
Try to eat a banana or two before sleep.

Pure mdma you have no bad feelings after, you can sleep and eat. But ime if you abuse it you can start to have feelings of depression after.

False. Sorry, but so false. The misconception that pure MDMA is a wonderful chemical with no negative after affects is just that, a big misconception.

Honestly, I wish I knew why some people get depressed and others don't.

For instance- when I roll, I take a huge, well-rounded, and constantly re-dosed regimen of vitamins and antioxidants. The day after I do some very minimal exercise.

I have never, NOT ONCE, experienced post-ecstasy depression. I am usually left with an afterglow that is almost as good as the high itself.

Honestly, the single best piece of advice I can give you about not feeling like shit the next day is, roll with someone who makes it really nice to lie around in bed all day the next day. Find a rolling partner who you can cuddle and/or have sex with during the comedown and after waking up the next day, and suddenly it'll be a really awesome afternoon the day after rolling even though all you'll want to do is sit in bed and read comic books and watch movies and maybe snack on something every few hours.

The endorphin rush that comes with sex is one of the best ways to recover from what rolling does to your neurochemistry, and the oxytocin that you get from cuddling is a great way to mitigate the post-roll blues.

And honestly, if you've never rolled with a girl that you feel a strong emotional bond with, you're missing out on half of the best part to begin with.

I have clean pills and still feel that way, OP. I really think I'm taking more than I need. I took three pokeballs last time; really should make two my max.
