How Do I Measure A Dose Of Liquid PCP?

If I were to come across a vial of PCP (I know, I know... it's a bad drug & I shouldn't do it, but leave me alone ), how exactly would I measure out a correct doseage?
I mean, I've dipped a joint or two in it (just on the tip, then sucked a bit up into it), and it seemed to work just fine, but it makes me nervous not knowing exactly how much is on it.
What is the recommend dosage? More important, how do I measure out what I belive will be a small amount of liquid?
Some people I've talked to have said I should dilute it with water to make it eaiser to measure out because it will be a larger ammount, but I really don't want to pour anything into it.

i'm pretty sure that PCP is a powder not a liquid so whatcha got there is a solution of PCP and (most likely) water.
unless u evaporate it to get a powder, weigh the powder, and make up a solution yourself there is no way to figure it out.

I've never seen it in vials - I've only seen it as a white, fluffy powder. It tends to "clump" a little if you add it to cold water, so warm water would probably be a better way to dissolve it.
The best way to get it into a measurable powder would be to let the liquid dry on a glass plate, with no heat.
I really have no idea how much you'll get from a vial. If you have a good scale, it might be fun to find out.

in my experience with jars of pcp I'll take a cigarette and dip it into the jar down almost to the filter and then either smoke it to my head or with another person depending on the potency of your batch. Just remember if you do it this way remove the filter of the cigarette before you smoke it.

this belongs in psychedelics...but:
if you have to dip your cigg almost to the filter--you're getting really shitty juice. thats fine if you're gonna smoke it w/ like 5 people and let it DRY first...but you shouldnt have to dip it like that at all.
and bottles of juice arent diluted w/ water--i'm not exactly sure what it is, but i know that if you try to cut your bottle w/ water, you cant smoke it--the solution is flammable, it *flares when you light the dip. you'd have to let the dip try to smoke a bottle that had watter in it.
