Open Discussion how do i know which discussion group my new thread should go under?

I want to start a thread about hallucinogens and don't know where.

If you don't know where to post a thread you can make it in Homeless Threads and a mod will move it accordingly.

It can be difficult to know where a thread belongs in the beginning, but once you get a feel for the forum it will become clearer. Start out by reading the descriptions of each forum when you are in forum view and see if you can figure out where it belongs. For hallucinogens you probably want to check out the psychedelic drug forum. If it's a trip report on them then we have a trip report forum.

There are specific focus forums for each drug, and then the rest go in 'Other Drugs' or 'Basic Drug Discussion if it's a simple question unique to your situation.
