how do i know it's really LSD?

so i have some of this acid; one time it was quite dreamlike with laughter, the next lots of laughter and pulling hungry albert-hoffman-like faces (like this pic: http://www.bookdrum.com/images/books/119797_o.jpg)
but the next time got pretty weird, im on public transport and its quite crowded at night and i think im gonna pass out, a lot of mind bending and some pent up fear; almost dissociating in a weird way, then i start getting these persian carpet like visuals along the pavement, sparkling and glistening. also an uncomfortably stiffness in my joints throughout (could be because of recent strenuous exercise though)

the acid i've had before was less visual and more speedy, with less of a weird body load; basically, it seems odd, is there something wrong with this acid? is it an analogue or a whole nother tryptamine? or has it just been synthed a bit weirdly?

Seeing as how you've already taken the drug in question, you won't.

The only way would be to send it for GC/MS testing or use a test kit.

It is sort of ID thread, so I think it will get closed once mods see it.

But there aren't many things that can fit on blotter:
1) LSD itself
2) LSB/LSP - ergoloids, very similar in structure and effects to LSD.
3) Various DOx(2,5-dimethoxy-4-substituted-amphetamines) chemicals: DOC, DOB, DOI
4) Novel NBOMe-25X compounds
5) Benzos
6) 5-MeO-AMT

There are reports about blotters containing 2C-C(!), but such things are damn rare.

2) Non-lsd ergoloids are quite rare and very similar to LSD, so having not so much experience with LSD, you may not notice the difference.
3) DOx have different duration, they are longer-lasting, and their come-up is longer.
4) NBOMes aren't active orally.
5) Benzos aren't psychedelics and listed only because they can fit on blotter, and there are reports about Xanax blotters.
6) 5-MeO-AMT isn't pleasant and very different experience, comparing to LSD. It is rarely mispresented as LSD.

In other words, you likely had genuine LSD. So why you had so different experiences? Set & setting, my friend. It is very very importang thing, and it does matter. Doing psychedelics in public settings require a bit of experience, and can be really uncomfortable.
Also, the amount of visuals depend on dose you took.

Yeah, I think people need to keep in mind (I'm lookin' at you Dwayne... ) that a LARGE portion of the differences in LSD experiences that are normally attributed to only set an setting also need to be attributed to the variable doses laid on each blotter. you can get anything from 40-100+ ug per blotter, multiply and the difference becomes even greater... so it's no surprise some of the trips are vastly different from each other.

Acid experience vary from trip to trip, but with the proper timeline of effects LSD imo for the suspect drug, can almost confirm the substance being indulged in. With an onset of 15-30 minutes, the peak reaching around +1:45-2:00, carrying on with many crests and valleys for a period of 4-6 hours, finally falling to base line for an addition 2-4 hours. Totaling a 8-12 hours for the experience with out any other substance altering the timeline. I found this to be true for all my suspected LSD blotter trips, or liquid LSD trips. Suspected DOx blotters have all had a different timeline, aswell as a distinct feeling seperate from that of an LSD experience, or tryptamines. LSD ime is very unqiue from its other psychedelic cousins.

I agree, although that onset is very variable for a lot of people. Real LSD doesn't come on for me for a good hour at least.
