Caffeine can help for some people, for me it just gives me more anxiety.
I’ve found personally that when I am active during the come up and beginning of the roll I will usually remain active through the roll. Dancing, out walking in a park.. etc. If I am sitting when it hits I will remain on the couch.

The experience is heavily affected by your current mindset. Also if you happen to get dead legs and feel stuck when you sit down, get a friend to help you up.
