Opioids How do I get heroin off of a rolled up bill?

I've been using the same bill over and over, which has resulted in a large amount of sticky heroin residue on the bill. And I am wondering is there any good way to consume it off the bill? via directly or indirectly?
 
Take a razor blade and scrape it off there then chop it up if needed then snort or use it however you would like
 
Dollar bills are incredibly dirty with germs/bacteria, etc. You can try and scrape it off with a razor blade, but in terms of harm reduction it is probably better to just let it go and not bother. I can't imagine you would even get very much powder off of it anyways. Soaking it in water would in theory work but it would be INCREDIBLY un-sterile and I strongly recommend not doing it.

Probably better to just cut your losses.. It is probably all cut, anyways. In the future use a hollowed out pen or a straw, so if you accumulate a lot of residue you can just cut it open and scrape, and it won't be germ infested like a dollar bill is.
 
Yeah not good idea to sniff using notes, use paper, cleaner and easier to scrap the gear off, PLUS much easier to see all the gear:)

I use this method for scraping the pieces that get stuck on the inside of the stamp bag, too. Sometimes you get a good chunk that way. Also, I use the cut-off tube of a bic pen for blowing it, and if you use the pen-cap to scrape the inside after a few good nights, you can sometimes get a nice little pile.
 
BDP and albastrux covered all the points I wanted to make, so let me just reiterate in the interest of harm reduction that dollar bills are incredibly dirty, you should avoid using dollar bills, and that something like a plastic straw or cut-up bic might work better.
