Hello, I am new here, I have ADD, HUGE problems in school, my parents suggested I go on meds back in highschool but I am now 21, about to finish college, messed up my entire bachelors with inconsistent grades, which are mostly terrible, 3.0 GPA, and I am still hoping to go to medical school. I am now trying to study for my MCAT, but its impossible I get distracted by the stupidest things.

I had ADHD when I was a kid, but then I sort of grew out of the hyperactive phase and now its just ADD.

I decided to get the adderall prescribed, but I am afraid that the doc will look skeptically at me and assume I want it just for unfair advantage in school,
how would I convince a psychiatrist to prescribe adderall or ritalin? I am planing on complaining that I have job problems that I cant concentrate on my work and annoy my boss, what are other things they are looking for when questioning their patients?

I want to feed her 50% the usual ADD/ADHD symptoms, and let her fill out the rest by questioning me, also, should I act hyper active? move around/look around/not follow the conversation or is it too much?

Your grades can't be that terrible if you have a 3.0 GPA. Also I'm pretty sure this question is against forum guidelines...
