How do I extract as much of the good stuff from PST as possible into powder?

Hi all!
So, I'm told that you have to do one thing for codine extraction, something else for morphine.
I want to get as much of the opiates out of the liquid and into a snortable form as I possibly can. I have no focus on a target opiate, but if I had to choose I would choose morphine.
What do I need to know to get started using stuff found in the kitchen?
