How do i change my avatar and email?

I regret posting my picture,avatar, and email the way they are but can't figure out how to change them.. any tips?

click the settings link next to the log out function at the top right of ANY page....you will see links to all your settings,including email and avatar.

The Greenlighters Guide (link below in my signature) can help you with questions like these also,but we are always glad to help.
